Jerome's P.O.V
11:30 PM
I raced down the steps, surprisingly full of energy. I checked to make sure i had everything. Snacks, water, phone. I grabbed my Bacca beanie and shoved it on my head. I bounded out the door, got into my car, and drove away.
=============
I pulled into the same spot I parked in earlier, seeing as I was ten minutes early. The doors were unlocked, strangely.
"Hello?" I called as I walked in.
"Hey Jerome!" It was Jess.
"What are you doing here? Don't you have to go home?"
"I just wanted to make sure you got in okay. That's all."
"Oh. Okay, see ya!"
"Bye!" She walked out. I looked around. I spotted the office and went inside, and checked my watch.
11:59
Oh.
The midnight chime rang out and I braced myself, for something, anything.
The phone rang, and I jumped.
"Hello? Hello? Hey! I'm Markiplier, but please, call me Mark. Oh wait, this is a message.."
I snorted.
"Anywoo, I'm here to talk you through your first night. So, first off, the animatronics here to tend to get a bit, uh, quirky at night, but do I blame them? No! If I had to sing those same stupid songs for 30 years, and I never got a break, I would be a little irritable at night too. Anyway, make sure that if they try to get in, just close the doors. There is a power limit, so try not to run out, and watch the cameras. Have a goodnight, conserve power, and I'll see you on the flip side!" The message ended. It was already 3AM.
I flipped through the cameras, seeing the main 3 on stage, just like they were earlier, except now they looked even creepier. I continued flipping through the cameras, and found Pirates Cove.
"I think that's were the pirate dude lives.." I mumbled to myself.
Thump!
"W-what was that? Who's there?"
I looked at the stage to see one of them missing.
Tyler.
Frantically switching from camera to camera, I found him in the dining area.
Breathing a sigh of relief, I looked at the clock.
4AM.
Only an hour had passed?! It felt like days had passed since Mark's message ended.
Checking back in on Tyler, I found he was now in one of the hallways, on the left. I started shaking, knowing that Tyler was inching closer and closer. I pushed the button marked 'lights' by the left door, and saw that Tyler was literally   right outside the door. I yelped and slammed the close button. The door make a clanking noise as it was forced down.
A chime rings throughout the building. My shift was over. Finally.
I zipped out of there as fast as possible, and started my car.
As I drive away, I think about the events of last night. Not much had happened, it was probably just a little error in Tyler's system. Tomorrow would be fine, I told myself.
As soon as I got home, I threw myself into bed and went to sleep.
