The ticket

"What are you doing so late?" asked Jake very suspicious, "ohm nothing I was just looking for something" "Jennifer I know it," said Jake very serious "what do you mean?" "You want to runaway right?" I didn't say anything I was too afraid he would say it to dad and mom. "I will help you Jen and I will promise I don't tell mom and dad" "Thank you so much can you maybe drive me to the airport on Friday?" "This Friday?" "Yes don't you have time?" "I'm not sure I will find out tomorrow and go to bed before dad or mom wakes up"

Wednesday morning

Jake seriously was staring at me whole breakfast like I was a weirdo. On my way to my room Jake stopped me and gave me a ticket. "I have been talking with Lucas and got you a ticket to Korea" whispered Jake, I could fell how my heart began to beat faster and I immediately texted Lucas "Lucas I'm on my way over to you thank you very much <3".

At Lucas' house

I ran at the bell but there wasn't anybody answering and Lucas hasn't responded me. I tried to call him but he didn't responds, I began to walk over to the lake because he's always there. But strangely I couldn't find him and I tried to call him again. This time answered he but there wasn't anybody speaking and I heard a person was crying it was Lucas "Jen please let me be alone I need some time for myself" he whispered slowly in the phone and hang up. Lucas has been very sad and confused because his dad needed to go back to the army. It has been over 6 months since he saw his dad. I decided to go for walk and listing to music, it was a hot summer day very quiet outside.

My mobile was ringing it was a number I have never seen before

"Hallo who is it?" asked I the person

"It's Victoria is it Jennifer?"

"Yes you are Lucas' cousin right?"

"Yes we have a problem, you can only stay with us for 3days and after that you can live with my boyfriends friend Top is it okay with you?"

"Sure but how will I get to your house?"

"You know Top he will be at the same flight as you so you two can follow together to our house"

"Thank you very much Victoria you totally saved my life, I'm so exited" said I with happy tears running down my cheeks and hang up.

*Jennifer's thoughts

Who is the mystery Top? I hope he is hot no stop brain! What are you thinking about I'm only going to live with him maybe he is an old guy or maybe not? What if he is smokin' hot?

I hope so or what if he is a totally weirdo ohh no I'm to curios why didn't Victory tell me more about Top? Maybe I should call her? No what if she thinks I'm totally strange? I will ask Lucas maybe not what if he gets jealous? I'm going to wait till Friday to see him.Maybe it's time to go home before Alice gets too worried.

Home

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN YOUNG LADY?!" shouted my mom

"I went for a walk is that a problem?"

"Don't be arrogant young lady you know how I feel about you going out alone!"

"Why can't I go outside like all normal teenagers?"

"You know what? You're grounded, how does it feel to be a NORMAL teenager?"

"It's so unfair I haven't done anything wrong" mumbled I while I was going to my room

*Jennifer's thoughts

Why me? It's always me what about Jake or Sophie nooo never, they couldn't do anything wrong. I'm so sick tired about everything I just want to leave as quickly as possible. Maybe have Lucas answered me?

*Checking the phone* Nothing not even a call after our conversation, I feel lonely and tired my body wouldn't even move. I needed some candy and watch some "How I met your mother" I just needed some time for myself and relax.

*2 episodes later

I'm feeling tired maybe it's time to go to sleep? NO one more episode and maybe Lucas have responded me, no he haven't. I need to pack the last things down in my suitcase and maybe ask Victoria after Top's number, I hope she will answer me quick. I really need to speak with somebody, I thought about a really good excuse.

"Hey Victoria

I just wanted to ask after Top's number I would like to know if we could met each other in the airport? :)"

"Hi Jen

Is it okay if I call you that? Of Couse you can get Top's number I totally forgot to give you his number, good that you texted me because I promised Top that I will give you it :D It's ********"

"Thank you very much, of course you can call me Jen and thank you again for the help :D"

My body felt different stronger and I had a weird thought about I could do anything. I was ready for my trip I could feel it.

"Hey Top

It's Jennifer I would like to know if we could meet each other in the airport? And thank you very much that I could stay at your house you totally saved my life. I have a strange question but how old are you and could you maybe send me a picture of yourself? And no I'm not a weirdo haha but talk to you later :)"

"Hey Jen

Great idea what about 19 pm in the entrance? Hahah you're right it's a strange question but I'm 25 years old and sure here is my picture **** ;) could you maybe also sent me a picture of yourself? I have a question I have been dying to know, why would you like to runaway from your home? If you don't want to talk about it it's okay :)"

Omg!! I could feel my mouth was formed like an "O" Top wasn't what I expected he wasn't smokin' hot he was extremely hot. It's terrible how can I look at him without drooling ohh no I need to find a good picture of myself to send Top.

*Looking trough phone after a decent picture*

Why isn't there any GOOD picture of me? Now I have been looking for five minutes finally I found ONE good picture of me.

"Sure maybe we can grab a coffee in Starbucks? And actually I don't really have a specific reason, I just want to get out and see the world and learn new cultures. It has always been my dream since I was a little kid but my stepmother is too overprotective and I'm so tired of it. I'm actually happy that you asked me because there isn't anybody I can talk about it :) and I was about to forget it but here is my picture ****;)"

"Yeah and then we will have energy for the flight ;) you said that you didn't have a specific reason it's a really good reason and I can understand you but remember don't travel for too long time at one time because you will miss your family and house extremely. I know I may be like all your guy friends but I have to say that you're very beautiful :) and I'm already happy that I have met you and exited to spend time with you. I hope you have the same feelings :)"

Top and I were texting the whole night until we agreed to get some sleep. I don't know but it feels like there is something special about him, he just understands me. I feel like he is actually happy to talk to me. I can still feel my cheeks are warm after Top called me beautiful. But I hope he doesn't like me because of my looks and that he likes me because of my personality. Maybe I should go to bed? For first time my brain actually said something clever.
