Chapter 21

Lilac's P.O.V ~Same Day~

I went hunting and got two squirrels and two beavers. I brought it back to Blizzard, because I knew that only piece of meat was not enough. When I came back with kill, I saw her eyes lighten up. "Here, I brought you this." I said with a smile. I put the meat in front of her and she ate it with delight. After that, she looked up at me, pleading for more. "Sorry bud, that was all I've got." I said frowning. Man, they sure do eat a lot. "Hey, how long was it since they fed you?" I said scratching the back of her ears. I didn't know if it was normal for ME to be talking to a TIGER if it won't even answer me, I guess that's what happens when your alone.... I saw Blizzard suddenly stand up. "What's wrong?" I said in alert taking out my bow. Without much warning, she began running into the trees. "Wait for me!" I said following her. Then I saw her stop, and she crouched down, as if she were going to pounce on something. I looked at the direction she was looking at, and then I saw her target. She was planning to get Ty. My eyes widened in surprise. "WAIT! Blizzard!" I exclaimed, but it was too late. She jumped up and pounced on Ty, who was not expecting this and began to shout. I looked at the scene in horror, and Adam and Jason came out, looking at me in surprise. Blizzard finally got off of Ty and I saw that he was dead. TY LOX: DEAD. "Lilac watch out!" Jason said when Blizzard walked towards me. I looked at him confused, didn't he know I tamed this tiger? When he finally got in track of things, he looked at me in horror. Blizzard's instincts snapped when she saw Jason and Adam. She licked her lips and began walking towards them. I held Blizzard, but she was stronger than me. "Run!" I exclaimed to Jason, trying to hold Blizzard back. "But Lilac! I want to be al-" "We can't! Not with Blizzard around." I said frowning. "RUN!" I repeated glaring at them. "You won't run, will you..." I said looking down. "Well then, I'm so sorry...." I said without thinking, and I let go of Blizzard. (.O.)

Jason's P.O.V (Before Blizzard attacked)

"I'm going to get some supplies." Ty said walking away. "Alright, be careful." Adam called out. I didn't say anything. After the incident with Lilac, I didn't want to talk to Ty at all, I can't believe we're even allies. "Why are we even allies with Ty." I huffed crossing my arms. "Well if you don't like it, then leave." Adam said glaring at me. I didn't say anything, then I heard screaming, and it sounded like Ty. Adam and I looked at each other, and we began running towards the screaming. We then found him, being attacked by a white tiger with Lilac behind it. The tiger bit the remains of Ty, and then it began walking towards Lilac. "LILAC watch out!" I said hoping she would attack the thing. The tiger stopped beside her, and she looked at me with a confused face. Then it hit me, she had tamed the tiger. I looked at her in horror. The tiger looked at me intently, and it licked it's lips and began walking towards me. Lilac suddenly struggled to hold the tiger back. "Run!" She shouted at me. "But Lilac! I want to be al-" "We can't! Not with Blizzard around." She said frowning. Blizzard? It must be the tiger's name. "RUN!" She repeated glaring at me. "You won't run, will you?" She asked looking down. Truth is, I didn't want to, I wanted to be with her. "Well then, I'm so sorry." She said. I didn't know what she meant, then she let go of the tiger. I stood there frozen, then I began running. I saw Adam running in front of me, a great distance apart. I tried catching up, but it was useless, but I didn't give up. I heard tiger roars behind me, making me panic. I saw Adam jump down in front of me, I didn't know why, then when I got closer, I noticed it was a cliff, and I hoped there was something at the bottom of it. I ran and jumped off the cliff and looked down, with a lake at the bottom. I splashed in, feeling the water hit me. I swam towards shore and looked at the cliff. There stood the tiger, who stood there and stared at me with pure hatred, and next to the tiger, stood Lilac, with sadness yet determination in her eyes. She looked at me, and muttered something, but I could lip read, and she said, "Im sorry Jason....but this war has just began." A tear rolled down her cheek, and she turned around and walked away. /)O.O(\
