Emily P.O.V

I walked around the house making sure the windows were locked. The living room window was open so i closed it and locked it.

I made my way to the kitchen to check if the back door is closed ohh noo its open i quickly closed it and made sure it was locked how foolish was i that i didn't notice that it was open.

*knock knock*

'Ahhh' I got startled

'Ohh myy god' I was shaking.

I walked downstairs.

I was in front of the front door.

'Hello'

'You never called did you goldilocks'

How did he know i was blonde? I started panicking

'Yes i did, look i did what i could, why don't you just leeavee, why don't you bother someone else why dont you ask the nighbours for help? my voice sounded like i was going to cry.

'I did but theres no one home except you'

Omg why dosen't this guy leave.

'Look im stuck here i just want to go home' he's voice sounded so sad.

I wondered what to do?

'I know i .... I ' Before I could finsh my sentence he started talking

'Im sorry to bother you maybe I'll find someone else to bother' he said

I think he went cause i heard footsteps leaving

I walked out and heard footsteps coming from upstairs

Great the kids are awake

I made my upstairs, I walked towards the kids room and opened it.

I peeked inside but they were asleep. I walked out, walking down the hallway I heard a door shut. I jumped and turned around. I saw lights going on from the third floor. My heart was racing.

I walked to the third floor thats when I heard a ringing noise. A phone was ringing But it wasn't coming from the kitchen or the living room it was coming from a room right behind me. I slowly turn around my heart was racing

I open the door. It was another bedroom I haven't explored the third floor before so I didn't know which room was which. I quickly picked up the phone.

'Hello'

......

'Hello is anyone there'

no one answered

'Hellloo look I know your there listening'

I closed the phone is this some kind of joke. Is it the same person from before? I cant believe there was a phone here I went threw all this trouble with that stupid man outside I could of called his brother and he would of pissed off a long time ago.

*Rinnnnnnng rinnnnnnnng*

OMG!!!

'What do you want' I yelled

no answer

I shut the phone and ran out.

I was walking down the stairs and saw another light go on, this time it was coming from the laundry room.

My heart was beating real fast it felt like it was going to pop out of my chest.

There is someone in this house wait theres someone in this house OMG....

I walked back up and picked up a vase from a table and walked to the other side. I was in front of the laundry room and the door was open but inside was empty.

My Head started spinning again. This is so stupit im getting out of this house. I went downstairs walking in the hallway with the vase in my hand. That's when I saw a shadow of a man in a room right in front of me.

I held the vase upwards and was getting ready to hit and with one swing I hit something *BANG*
