Chapter 13: Alphas and Betas

Rider's Pov

 Luke and I were walking down the hallway when something stopped me in my tracks. "Something's wrong... she's scared, she needs me."

 "Kenna's with her... Rider our girls. They're suppose to be outside, waiting for us, come on."

 I could hear the fast rhythm of her heart beat. We rushed outside and looked around, but they weren't anywhere. I used my senses so I would know who took her and where to find her.

 "Two guys were here with both of them. One alpha and one beta. It's only been a couple of minutes. They can't be that far."

 I know my eyes must be black by now.

"Wait, I know who took them." Luke said, excitedly.

 I looked at him. "Who?"

 "It's that alpha guy she was staying with, and his beta Sean. I really don't like that guy." His eyes were turning black.

 Alpha against alpha, beta against beta.

 "He took what's mine-"

 "And mine."

 "I promised her I'd protect her. He will die for what he has done." I turned around and ran into the woods behind the school. Luke was right behind me. We'll be faster this way.

 We shifted into our wolves and ran as fast as we could through the woods. 'We're coming sunshine, don't worry, I'll be there. I promised.'

Sophie's Pov

"You know baby doll, I tried to do this the easy way. I just wanted you to get use to the idea of us being together, being mates. I was trying to give you some time, but patience isn't my virtue, and you're quite stubborn, so you left me no choice but to go the hard way." He started to drive really fast. 

Swerving around other cars, going way past the speed limit. "What are you doing!? Stop driving so fast, you're going to kill us!"

He just stared straight ahead, with that stupid smirk on his face, ignoring me. I gripped the seat for support, heart beating rapidly and I was breathing heavily. 

Please don't let me die in this car, with him. We jolted to a stop at a red light. "What the hell, do you have a death wish?"

"No baby doll, I just like the thrill."

"No, I'd say you do, because someone's coming for me, and I'm pretty sure that wish will be granted."

"No one is coming for you. You're all mine, baby doll."

"Uh, stop calling me that, and I'm not yours!"

He grabbed me by the hair on the back of my head and pulled my head back. "We'll see about that." He came closer about to kiss me.

'Rider...' I hope he can hear me. He smashed his lips onto mine roughly. He tried to push his tongue into my mouth but I wouldn't let him, so he bit my lip hard, making it bleed.

I could taste the blood. I was out of breath when he released me. "Mhm." He said, licking his lips. "I can't wait to sink my teeth into you."

"That, is not happening."

"Where do you think we're going baby doll?"

Is he saying... oh no.. no no no no. He wants to mark me, right now. Knowing him, he probably wants to mate too. Oh god, I think I'm gonna be sick. I can't let this happen.
