"But I haven't had my morning run".

"You can do that when we get back. You haven't seen any of your friends or done anything this entire summer."

She was right , I haven't seen my friends all summer.

"Okay".

"Good" she smiled

"Let me change first".

"Okay".

I ran upstaris to my room and threw on a black bra with my black v-neck I was wearing before. Then I put on jean shorts that go to my thigh. I add a white lace headband to my messy bun. then I added some mascara on. I took a look in the mirror and decided this was as good has it's gonna get.

I ran down stairs to find Anna waiting for me by the front door

"Ready?"

"Yes".

"Okay, then lets go".

we got in the car and started driving.

"Were are we going".

"You'll see." she said with a smirk

We pulled into a movie theater.

"Were going to see a movie"?

"Yes, I know how much you wanted to see The Heat"

We went in side and went to get our tickets and pop. I don't eat popcorn because it makes sick. Anna payed even though I offered.

We went in to theater 6 and sat in the middle of the theater. Right after we sat down the lights went off and the movie trailers started playing. I didn't have to turn my phone off because its not like anybody was going to text me any way.

After the movie Anna and I talked about how funny Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy are. When we got in the car it was 11:40. It was to late for my morning run so Anna and I decided to stop at 'La Hacienda' a mexican food place.

Since mexican is my favorite. I ordered a chicken chimichanga with rice and beans. Anna ordered the same thing because she couldnt make up her mind.

As we waited for our food we munched on chips and cheese dip.

"So why haven't you hung out with any of your friends?" Anna said curiously

"I don't know".

"Where's Matt or Taylor"?

"I don't know".

"Jordyn , You need to see some of your friends. Go out and have fun."

"I will soon".

"How soon".

"Maybe next week".

"No, Jordyn today"

"Tomorrow , I promise"

She looked at me , probably searching if I was telling the truth or not. Anna could always tell when I was lieing , but I knew I had to see them , it would be good for me.

"Alright".

Our food came out a couple minutes later.

We ate while talking about What sports I was going to do this school year. Since it was my senior year I wanted the year to go my way. Anna always say's I should go out for cheerleading , but I always say no.

After we were done eating , Anna payed and we got in the car and drove off. When we got home Anna made me call Matt and Taylor.

"Hey Taylor it's me , Jordyn."

" Oh my gosh! Why haven't you called me?"

" I know , I'm sorry. I was wondering if you wanna hang out tomorrow?"

"Of course! I haven't seen you since school got out! I have so much to tell you!"

"Great! Lets meet at my place , and then will figure out something to do."

"Okay , How about at 10?"

"But I have to do my moring run". I haven't ran since two days ago and I know if I don't start now I won't get back into it.

"Okay , Then 12?"

"Sounds good. Is it okay if Matt hangs out with us?"

"Yes! It's not the 3 Musketeers without three peolpe" She laughed.

"Okay , I'll call Matt"

"Okay , bye"

"Bye"

I hung up the phone and dialed Matt. It rang three times and normally Matt would awnser in a heartbeat , but he was giving me the cold shoulder because I haven't talked to him the whole summer. Finally , on the last ring I thought it was going to go to voicemail. Then I heard Matt say

"Hi"

"Hey Matt, I'm sorry I haven't talked to you or seen you since school got out , but I was wondering if you wanted to come hang out with Taylor and I tomorrow".

I was hoping he would say yes. Matt's the kind of guy that brushes things off.

"Yeah , I guess"

"Okay. Do you forgive me?" I asked nervously.

"Yes , Of course" Matt said

I smiled. I was glad Matt and Taylor were giving me a secound chance. I was a shit friend to them , and I'm going to make up for that.

I gave Matt all of the details and then hung up the phone.

I went to the living room where Anna was Watching tv. I sat down beside her.

"I called them."

"Good , so are you going to hang with them tomorrow? "

"Yes."

"What are you gonna do?"

"I'm not sure , but knowing them probably something fun."

Anna smiled at me and then I told her I was going upstaris to do my stretching. I went up stairs and into my room. I stretched and took some water breaks. I play soccer but I wanna be a dancer my parents don't want me to dance because they say it wouldn't help and that there are not many famous dancers , but there are famous soccer players. I love soccer , but I just wish I could do both. The kind of dance I wanna do is the kind where it involves cheerleading like Scorpins and needles , which I can do.They just think it's a waste of time.

I didn't eat supper because I was busy working on soccer drills , and dance moves. Plus I was still full of mexican food. It was 10:00pm so I just went to bed since I had to get up early for my morning run.
