The Bigfoot's Journey

Introduction

It was morning. Mom had just got done giving me a bath in the river. The rest of our community was just a few trees ahead picking berries, sleeping, and working on their huts. My brother Acroy, and my sister Pinetta were digging for roots in the ground for dinner. My Papa Kong, the leader of the entire community, was helping my aunt and uncle build their new hut her new baby. Then all of a sudden, a loud thundering boom sound is filling the air. It's more bone chilling than thunder. Papa Kong is looked worriedly toward the direction the noise came from. He orders us all to get moving fast. He said in his gruffy voice,

 "We have to leave now! Leave your possessions there's no time!" Everyone understood and were hurrying to leave. 

Then, mom scooped me up in her long arms. But there was something white and hideous. It was naked and had no fur, only a small patch of it was on it's head. But it looked like one of us except its lack of fur and its much shorter size. It was holding something in its hands. It looked kinda like a real skinny metal log. It looked like the creature was....wait, it was! It was pointing the strange metal stick at Acroy! "BOOOOM!!!!!" The sound was the same sound I heard earlier but it was much louder and scarier. My eyes opened in time to see my brother, Acroy, dead on the ground. I buried my head into mom's shoulder and cried. Mom was crying too, and then she roared super loud and pounded her chest real hard. I looked at the creature and it was backing up! Mom was about to go crazy and attack the creature, but Papa Kong said, 

"No, Veena it's too dangerous." Mom just roared even louder with more hate and anger. Then Papa Kong pulled Mom and I away. Taking us as far away as possible. Deeper into the forest.... It seemed more depressing and isolated than before. Before, it was so peaceful and beautiful, and fun. But now it was just scary and sad. I buried my head into mom's arms and cried even more.
