Darins childhood

Darin Schultz was born on January 18th 1995 in Regina's General hospital. He was born in 35 hours and he was born a very healthy baby. His mother Anna was always very supportive of anything Darin did. However Darin's father Peter was a different type of dad. Peter sat at home and drank till he couldn't see his own two feet. He would just sit there and drink and listen to his rap music in the master bedroom of the house. Everyday Anna would be very disgusted with Peter. Darin didn't care what his dad did because he was too busy playing with his toys in his own bedroom. One day Darin's curiosity had got the best of him and he went down to sit outside his mother and fathers bedroom. He heard the trap beat and started to tap his feet to it. Darin really liked rap music. Everyday after lunch Darin would sit by his parents bedroom and learn the lyrics of all the songs that were played. By the time Darin had turned 3 he was just learning to properly speak. His first words were Mama and Daddy. But he had learned to say a little more than that. He was singing along to one of the songs playing. His father Peter opened the door and said "OMG that's so cute" (in a drunk sort of voice) he had called Anna and said "Anna come here I need to show you something!" Anna had come running to the bedroom only to see Darin sitting on the floor. She had questioned why Peter had called her over. Peter said to Anna "ok watch this!" Peter had turned on a song by slim shady. Sure enough Darin was singing to it! Anna was slightly confused of wether she should be happy or concerned.. She said to Peter "Honey.. I don't know if Darin should know the words to this song..." Peter laughed and said "oh quiet he wants to sing let him! Darin had grew older and continued to listen to rap music and learn the words to all the songs. By the time he had turned 5. Darin knew most of his dad's rap songs lyrics. He had not a care in the world. He even rapped in a talent show at his school. (Sure enough there were no explicit lyrics) he had gotten first place. He couldn't have done it without the help of his dad.
