What's a student's life? Study, sleep; study, have meals; study, school; study, shower; study... and so it goes on and on. Fate has decided this for students like us. Our schedule revolves around this loathsome five letter word. S-T-U-D-Y! Argh...
However, there are tricks and easy ways to everything. Someone who stepped out of school life realized it and told some Golden Rules. Try them yourself if you want to lighten the weight on those bony shoulders.
Specialize your study place. Select a place where you'll not be distracted too much, I'll let you in on a secret. The best place is your terrace or bathroom... (LOL , KIDDING)
Start hard. Always start with the difficult part of your lesson. End your study session with the part you enjoy the most; especially problems, drawings.
Take your regular breaks. Do not study non-stop if you get tense easily. Take a break in the form of a quick warm shower, calling up one of your friends, join your family in discussions etc. This will help you relax and restore your stamina.
Do not think of studying after a meal. It's a mystery to me why it makes us sleepy, but, the point is, it does.
Don't cram things. Our mind may learn things when we are out of time for revision i.e. at the last moments but you won't remember it at the time of attempting the specific question.
So, it is better to study regularly than to panic and cram things moments before the question paper is handed to you.
Give these points some thought. You''l appreciate them.
