CHAPTER 1.

My feet keep running but I'm not moving. He's coming closer, I start trying to move faster but my legs aren't just working right.

"Melissa, I've been waiting to catch you for ten years now."

"Dad, I'm, I'm sorry I didn't mean to get u in jail!"

"Melissa, Wake up , wake up,! WAKE UP! "

I awoke startled. I've been having that same dream for the past 3 weeks! I'm scared someday he'll come back and hurt me. Just like he did mother. She died just 4 years ago. I was twelve and jake was 9.

I start getting ready for school. THANK GOD it's finally the last day of school! I go into my bathroom and take out a towel and put it on the counter. I take out the braid I had my hair sleep in and I turned on the water to hot. I put my phone on the doc and put on my playlist of One Direction music. What makes you beautiful started playing.

"Your insecure, don't know what for,

Your turning heads when you walk through the do-o-or," sang liam.

I hop in the shower and start washing my hair with this really awesome shampoo! It smells like coconuts!!!!

I wash out the shampoo and quickly jump out and put a towel around my body. I walk into my closet and pick out a flowy off-the shoulder teal top with really skinny jeans. I put on some teal slip-ons to match my shirt. I walk back into my bathroom and plug in my dryer. I start to dry my hair when my phone rings.

'Phone conversation'

M=Melissa

E=Ella

M. hello?

E. hey gurl!!

M.oh hey!! What's up?

E.me and Lilliana are waiting for u outside! Your five minutes late!

M. Oh shoot! Sorry I forgot! Be out in like ten minutes .

E.k gurl bye!!

M.bye

'End of conversation'

I finish drying my hair and decided to leave it down.

I walk downstairs to jake eating a banana and orange for breakfast.

"Sup melissa?"

"Jake I got to go. Promise you won't burn down the house while I'm at school?"

"Yeah yeah whatever."

I walk outside to liliana blasting Panic At the Disco's Ballad Of Mona Lisa

In the car.

"Seriously could you turn it down a little? It's seven in the morning most of my neighbors like to sleep in!"

"Fineeeeeeeee" Liliana said turning down the music.

We drive to McDonald's for a frappe then we head to school.

We all walk to our lockers such are all next to each others we seriously lucked out!

I get my books for math class then start to walk off when I hear Ella yell

"SLEEPOVER AT MY HOUSE! MELISSA AMD LILIANA DON'T FORGET YOUR SLEEPING BAGS AND MELISSA BRING THE GRUDGE:)! "

I give her a thumbs up signaling that I heard what she said.

I walk down the hall of this stupid high school towards math class.

I walk into math class and take a seat in the back. I get out my notebook and textbook and sit there waiting for class to start.

I've been sitting there for three minutes when my thoughts started to take over and I was drifting off to wonderland........

'RING RING RING!'

The bell for lunch rang and I was the first one out of the class.

"Hey girls wanna go to mcdonalds?" I asked Ella and liliana.

"Heck yes!" Yelled Ella

"Duh! It's out routine wee done it the whole school year!" Liliana joked

"Yeah yeah I know!" I said.

"Well what are we waiting for?" Asked Ella

We drove to McDonald's and got our usuals. CHEESEBURGERS WITH COKE!!!

After we were done eating we decided to ditch the rest of the day and go to the movies.

"What do y'all wanna go see?" Ella asks.

"THE CALL THE CALL THE CALL THE CALL!" Liliana and I yell.

"Fine." Said Ella

We walk into the movie theater and buy ourselves some popcorn and slushed and a bag of candy. We give the usher our tickets and head to our theater room. The movie was pretty creepy and disgusting. But I still loved it! And liliana was so in love with that movie she seriously went the next day and saw it again by herself. That girl is so crazy! But she's so funny! Anyways since it was officially the first whole day of summer, I decided to sleep in until 2. When I woke up I decided to play play station. I put on my comfy one direction sweatshirt and some sweatpants.

I get my headset and sit on the ground waiting for call of duty to load.

"Oh! Drew is on!!! Yay!! I'm gonna talk to him.

"Hey Melissa!"

"Hey drew!"

"So you wanna play hijacked or Nuketown 2025?"

"Duh Nuketown!" I yelled

"K"

We played for three hours then he had to go so I said I should probably get off too. I decided to go take a shower. I'm so bored! But I have to get ready for Ella's sleepover tonight. Well here I go.

That was chapter one and it wasn't that good but oh well! It's pretty short and It's gonna get better soon! I promise!!!!!
