It's 6:00 and Katelyn Washington will be here in 30 minutes. Gotta take a 10 minute shower, I'm filthy.
I went to my room to see what I should wear for Kate.
"Hmm not to flashy not to casual."
I found a blue plaid long sleeve collared shirt.
"Perfect!" I said with enthusiasm.
Now time to take my shower...
10 minutes later I got out the shower, it was 6:11. So I put on my plaid shirt and some jeans . Ugh 6:16, now what..... Snacks! She'll probably be hungry.
So I went downstairs and went into the kitchen, my grandma was sitting on the couch.
"Hey Nick, a girl named Katelyn Washington is coming over right?" Grandma said interested
"Umm Yea how did you know"
"She called and said she is on her way"
"WHAT SHE LIVES 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM HERE!!! ITS 6:18!! She'll BE HERE 5 MINUTES EARLIER"
" Ok ok I'll just call her and tell her to wait"
"No no no grandma it's ok" I said trying to make her feel better.
I ran into the kitchen and looked frantically for any quick snacks, I grabbed a couple of sodas, chips, and dip then ran back up to my room. I tried my best to set everything up and in the middle of setting down the dip-
