SHORT CHAPTER WARNING

*Elliot's POV*

She can not be dead. 

"HURRY UP!"  Kate yelled to the paramedics, "MY BEST FRIEND IS FUCKING DYING HERE, HURRY THE FUCK UP!"

She was yelling like crazy while her face was cover with tears.

Alec was holding Kate's hand, which mad me a little mad but I tried to not be jealous considering Julia might be dying.

"Say something dude, she'll be fine" Alec said to me as I grabbed onto Julia's hand as she laid on the stretcher. 

He hands were cold but they gave me a warm feeling inside, like she's gonna be okay.

I kissed her forehead and looked up at Alec, "I said she wasn't hot" I mumbled as my eyes felt like tearing up but I quickly ignored the feeling.

"What are you talking about?" he said laughing in-between words.

"Nothing" I mumbled looking back at Julia who still laid there unconscious but breathing.

"Where are these damn doctors?" Kate said pacing back and forth around the door of the hospital room.

"Patience" I said as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Why do you always do shit like this?" she said as she pushed me off of her. "Do shit like what?" I say.

"You lead me on, and then you push me away. You play me" she said looking away from me to Julia and back to me.

"I dont" I respond even tho I know I do.

"You fucking do, and I hate it. I think your hot and everything and I think we can be perfect together" she says stepping closer to me.

"But you need to let me in"

I can't let her in, and why? because I've been hurt by girls more then I have hurt girls.

She thinks I'm playing her, even tho it's just hard for me to let people in.

"Im not playing you" I say "Then let me in" she says back to me as she moved her hair out of her face.

"Maybe someday" I murmur as I walk towards Julia. 

Someday I'll let someone in.

"She's in a coma" the doctors say once they finally came in. 

Kate dug her head into Julia's chest and cried her heart out. Alec walked towards Kate and slung his arm around her shoulder and kissed her head.

Kate looked up at Alec then at me, and she noticed that I was watching.

"Julia wouldn't want you in this room right now, Elliot" Kate said.

"What?" I said dropping my arms by my side and clenching my fist.

"Please leave" she said as she grabbed Alec's hand.

"No way" I said pulling a chair up to where Julia's feet laid on the stretcher.

"Why not? Its not like you like her or anything" she said as she looked at Julia and back at me.

"Who said?" I said looking straight at Julia and not daring to look at Kate or Alec's face.

I saw Kate stand up from the corner of my eye and I heard the room door slam behind her.

"You like her?" Alec said.

"Yea, I might"
