She nodded

"Here's your coffee" said the waitress handing it to me

"Thank you" I said

But when I looked back to where Isabel was, she was gone

I had so many thoughts running through my head. How am I gonna tell Elena? Why would John keep it a secret? How is Elena gonna take that her mom is a vampire?

"You alright? You look stressed"

I looked up and saw Jeremy sitting down next to me

"Yeah. I just have a lot going on" I said

"Yeah, tell me about it. My sisters a doppleganger, there's vampires running around this town, and there's witches too.... What's next, me finding out I'm part horse" he said

I laughed a little

"Yeah, I highly doubt that. But yet again I never thought werewolves were real but I was wrong about that" I said

"Werewolves are real? Do you know any?" He asked with excitement

"No, but trust me. Even if I did know one you wouldn't want to meet one. They have a bit of a temper"

He shrugged and stood up

"Wanna play some pool" he asked

"You're on" I said getting up

We played pool for about thirty minutes until I looked at my phone and saw it was already 9:30

"I have to go, but I'll see you at the Carnival tomorrow" I said putting down the pool stick

"K. Cya later" he said smiling

I then walked out of the Grill

When I got home Stefan and Elena were sitting on the couch talking

"Hey Macy, I was just telling Stefan our plans for the day" Elena said

I nodded and sat down in the arm char

"So what are you going to do when we're gone today" I asked looking at Stefan

"I'm gonna to talk to Klaus and Elijah and try to get information about Katherine's history" he said

"Ok, but be careful. The Originals have quite a temper" I said

"Well it looks like Klaus has a thing for you so I don't think he would kill me" he said smirking at me

I just rolled my eyes

"Elena I have something I need to tell you that I found out at the Grill this morning" I said looking at her

She nodded

"Isabel and John are your parents" I said

She stopped. She looked down and I could tell she wanted to cry but she held it together

"But don't think they don't care about you. The reason why they want the Gilbert device is because they think getting rid of all vampires that it will protect you"

She just nodded

"Are you okay Elena" Stefan asked putting a hand on her shoulder

"Honestly, I don't know right now. I mean I'm sad that my real mom is a vampire who is threatening to kill everyone in this town but I'm also angry at her because she is threatening to kill my friends too" she said

"Understandable" I said

"No. You know what. I'm not sad. I'm angry. I'm angry at the fact that she thinks she can just leave me for my whole life then come back and threaten the people I care about" she said getting up
