16th birthday

Rebel is now 16 (legal dating age of a minor in my story) Andy's kids are about 4 years old. Alex is 20 years old in the story and all of ATL's albums are out (I know the times are WAY off so don't comment on it). I know I haven't updated in a while but I will try to update once every one to two weeks.

Rebel's P.O.V.

I wake up to hearing whispering outside my door. I am fully aware of what day it is so something must be going on. Daddy probably planned it. I quietly get out of bed and walk to the door. I grab the handle and yank it open,"HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I scream at the top of my lungs. Alex jumps back terrified. Alex? Why wasn't my dad there? Before I could actually ask Alex anything he spoke which interrupted my train of thought,"You ruined the surprise I had planned for you!!!!", Alex whined playfully. I said I was sorry and invited Alex into my room so we could hang. " Everyone went out to go buy stuff for your party because they thought you would be asleep for a few more hours." Alex spoke up. "Oh...". There was an awkward silence in my room, I broke the silence by saying "so........" I was going to continue talking but before I could say anything I was hit with a hot and steamy kiss from the Alex Gaskarth. I closed my eyes and lived in the moment for what seemed like forever. I was shaken out of it by Alex who said," I've been wanting to do that for a long time." He went in to kiss me again but before his lips touched mine, aunt Juliet busted through the door saying happy birthday. She stopped mid sentence though because she had just seen what we were going to do. My cheeks were blood red and Alex was trying to look innocent. Aunt juliet laughed and smiled," I didn't see anything. Btw you two are really cute together." That made me blush even more. "Gahhh" I screamed.

When aunt Juliet left Alex turned to me,"Do you maybe want to go out sometime, like on a date with me?" I was at a loss for words so I just nodded my head. He smiled the biggest smile he could manage. I gave him a kiss on the cheek. We decided to walk downstairs but we both knew that we would eventually have to tell my father. All was good for now though. Before we got to the kitchen I could smell my dad's famous chocolate chip pancakes and I could smell bacon. I took a seat at the bar and Alex sat in the seat next to me. My dad served us pancakes and bacon but before he remembered the candles that he always put in my birthday pancakes, Alex pulled out a few candles and put them in the center of my pancakes. My dad turned around and lit them. Everyone walked into the kitchen and started singing to me. Alex was looking me in the eyes while he sang. When they had stopped singing Alex whispered in my ear," Make a wish Rebel". I blew out my candles and I was fully aware that everyone was watching me I grabbed Alex and kissed him. I heard gasps from my dad and my uncles I heard a squeal come from my aunt and Jasey and Elena made puke faces. I laughed at Alex's facial expression when my face pulled away from his. He looked like he thought my dad was going to kill him. "Rebel? Can you please explain to me why you kissed Alex?" My dad sounded like he was genuinely curious. "Alex asked me out on a date and my birthday wish was to kiss my crush. That my dear father is why I kissed Alex." He replied with a simple, "Okay." and we all laughed it off. I know that today is going to be great.

Alex's P.O.V.

I know that this may sound pervy but I've liked Rebel since I first met her. I never fully realized it until two years ago when I was watching Rebel. She was in her room writing music I overheard her singing and I was speechless. That was the moment I knew for sure that I loved Rebel. Eventually I want to make her Mrs. Gaskarth. Rebel Beau Mayhem Gaskarth. It sounds beautiful just like her everything. I am in love with Rebel.

Rebel's P.O.V.

"I love you." We said it sty the same time. This is super adorable. I am in love with Alex.
