            My name is Amber Shale.I'm 17 years old and I go to Rootsbrook High,i'm a senior at highschool,well i was because before summer i graduated and now im going off to College,UCLA to be exact. Obviously i couldn't be more thrilled however my brother hates the thougt because when i have my first year to start he has his second year! basically college life isn't so much fun when you get to spend it with your little sister around...BELIEVE me i'm not so happy about that either but we'll make it work! but if people call me Austin shale's little sister ...i may have to cut a bitch!

I stare out the car window as my mom and dad tell me how much they'll hate having the house empty now but in all honesty my parents probably love the idea of no kids around,you see they got married in their senior year of highschool and spared no time in having kids...they still are pretty young and not your average normal parents,yes im very lucky to have parents who are still crazy teens at heart.

Mom: Okay so now lets be serious! be responsible okay i know college life is all fun and parties but if your GPA is lower then a 3.6 your ass will get the kicking of a lifetime 

Dad: dear what your mother means by that is that find a good balance between fun and seriousness,work hard but don't over work yourself and have fun  because these years will be the best ones you'll ever have. He says with a warm smile 

Mom: remember i bought a new pair of 6inch heels and i am not afraid to use them....but i love you and i'm gonna miss my bestie .She says as she reaches back and holds my face making me pout 

Me: I love you guys so much and yes i will miss you both! and don't worry i'm sure Austin will tell you guys everything i do so....yeah

Dad: Honey Austin said he'll stay atleast 15 feet away from you at all times,trust me he doesn't want you knowing what he's up to either..but i trust you both okay look after eachother.He says as he laughs 

my parents do trust us both,because eventhough they are so cool with stuff they still taught us a lot of morals! both me and my brother have never smoked,or done drugs or anything like that,we both were above average students.I'm also still a virgin because my mom told me to wait till i was 18 atleast.

we reach the campus and its full of students and parents! this place seems intimidating so many diffenret people all super smart and the girls here all look like models,wow i'm gonna have to start fixing myself up.

my parents help me move my stuff into my new dorm room and my mom stands in and looks around ''This is it? you'd think the rooms would be bigger"' my mom says looking at my dad,who was about to open his mouth when someone behind me says 

''are you in this dorm' room'?this is room 34 right?'' she says in the sweetest way possible,i can;t help but notice how delicate and pretty she is ..

''uhmm,yes this is,wait are you my roomate'' I say with excitement,i'm glad my roomates not some punked out scary devil worshipper

''ÓMG looks like it! HII i'm elenor its really nice to meet you,...alll of you'' she says as she reaches out to hug me 

''same here elenor,my name is Amber and these are my parents'''i say after i pull away from the hug .

soon my parents leave and i  miss them already i can't believe i'm on my own now!

''so wanna get to know eachother'' i ask elenor as i take a seat on my bed ...she agrees and we spend hours talking,her life is so facinating and we have tonnes in common,i'm so glad she's my roomate

''so have you seens you highschool freinds her yet'' she asks and she sits up from her bed

''no my best friend,Tessa, went to NYU,i did see some fimiliar faces though'' i say..god i wish tessa was here
