Once we arrived at Em's house I ran upstairs to change into the pajamas that were hidden with the stash of clothes that I keep in her closet. My oversized sweatpants and t-shirt are so comfortable. I put my hair into a ponytail and meet Emily back downstairs.
"Let's get this party started! Since Pretty Little Liars doesn't come on until about 3 hours lets watch a movie."
"Ok. Um...... I'll pick out the movie and you order some type of food that's deliverable."
"KK, BrB!"
"How many times have I told you that you are NOT a human cell phone?"
"There's nothing wrong with dreaming!" Em answered as she exited the living room to go into the kitchen.
I walked over to the cd/dvd case and started to decide which movie I wanted to watch. I cant decide between Crazy Stupid Love or Star Trek: into darkness. I'm such a girl and I'm such a geek. I guess that's the product of a computer genius and a supermodel. I finally choose Crazy Stupid Love. Ryan :D Gosling is my weakness.
"Hey Bex, is Chinese ok?"
"Yes. Orange Chicken and Lo Mein please!" I yell back as I put the dvd in. About 5 minutes later Em comes in with a bowl of popcorn.
"The food will be here in about thirty minutes."
"Ok. So how long are your parents gone for business?
"Um.. About two weeks."
"Ok, well if you ever get lonely you can always stay over my house."
"Aww Tank You!" She replied with a handful of popcorn in her mouth.
"Anytime, Girly, Anytime."
We watched the movie up until Ryan Gosling does the Dirty Dancing lift with Emma Stone.
"Aren't Ryan Gosling abs so lickable!" Em screeched in my ear, but before I could answer the door bell rang. Take out.
"I'll get it." I said grabbing my purse on the way to the door.
I opened the door to find some really amazing cheek bones, and the most gorgeous pair of chocolate brown eyes I had ever seen. I suddenly felt very uncomfortable in my pjs.
"H-Hi." I smiled, my cheeks turning a deep red from realizing that I'd been staring a little longer than I was suppose to.
"Hi, Um... Chinese Food for Emily Simmons."
"Uhh, Yeah."
"Ok That'll be $16.95." I handed him a twenty and told him to keep the change.
"Thanks, you go to Ridgeway Academy right?" He asked as he handed me the bag.
"Yeah, I do."
"You're not Emily Simmons are you?"
"Um... No, I'm not. That's my best friend. I'm Rebecca Caverly, but you can call me Bex." Was that a little too straight forward? What happened to the girl who wanted to confront the guy for staring? Gosh, Rebecca! Get it together!
"Ok, Well it was nice to meet you Bex."
"You too." I said as I watched him walk back down the drive way and get into the delivery truck.
"Food's here!" I called to Em from the kitchen to come eat. As I took out our individual takeout boxes, I opened mine to find a slip of paper folded in half on top of the noodles. It read:
