"JEAN!" You shouted out, running down the lane from your house.

You hadn't seen your crazy-haired boyfriend in just over two months. You just wanted to hug and kiss him forever and never let go of him. Both of you had been together for 2 years now, but this was the first time you ever went this long without him.

Tears flew down your face as you grew nearer and nearer towards him. He dropped his bag and stood with open arms as you jumped straight into them. Polnareff lifted you into the air as you wrapped your arms around his neck and nuzzled your head into the crook of his neck, not caring how many tears were flowing down your face and onto his body. His arms were gripped tightly around you, holding you into place. His face flushed and only a few tears managed to escape from his eyes.

He looked like he had just come back from war. Cuts here and there, a few bruises. You had no idea.

He set you back onto the ground. Both of you looking deeply into each other's teary eyes and teary faces.

"I missed you so much, [First Name]." Polnareff said with a shaky voice.

"I missed you too" you whispered as you pressed your head against his, tears escaping from you once more.

He pressed his lips against yours. His lips trembling, as were yours as you leaned into the kiss with the beautiful Frenchman. It was heavenly.

Jean pulled away and grabbed onto your hand. He knelt down slightly to grab his bag from the ground, and then lead the way. You gripped tightly onto his hand and wrapped your other arm around his arm so that you were now hugging his strong arm.

You both walked silently up the long lane to your small cottage that you both happily lived in, but recently it's been only you making your life here.

You both arrived at the front door and Polnareff inhaled deeply and exhaled with ease.

"Home sweet home," he smirked and looked down at you as you looked up at smiled.

"It's home now that you're here." You said ever so softly.

He leaned down and kissed your forehead and turned once more to face the door.

Both of you entered the small cottage.

You pulled away from his arm and headed off to the kitchen to make something for lunch for you both to enjoy together.

He eased himself onto the sofa that was placed opposite the large fire that was dimly lit. Spreading his entire body over the sofa to make himself comfortable and closed his eyes.

You had just finished putting the last Vegetables into the pot for your (amazing) homemade vegetable soup. Jean's favorite.

You walked towards the sofa and sat on the small space that was available beside his torso. You eased your head onto his chest and gazed at the fire.

"Where did you go?" You whispered quietly. Scared at what he might say.

"A long journey, [First Name]." He replied with a slight strain in his voice.

"A long journey?" You raised your head to meet his now open eyes.

"I-I don't think you'd understand, even if I tried to explain. I had to go to Egypt and tried to fi-"

"Egypt?! What the hell were you doing there? Why didn't you tell me anything at all, you just got up and left me, saying that you had to go avenge your sister, not even saying goodbye." You cut him off. Tears building up in your eyes again. Just as you were about to question him once more you heard a sizzling sound coming from the kitchen. Realizing that the soup had more than likely boiled over, you shot up and sprinted to the kitchen.

Taking the overflowing pot off the stove, you set it to the side and leaned against the counter. Leaning against it, you sighed.

"At least it's ready..." You sighed.

Taking out a bowl and placing some soup within it, you then took it over to the table and placed the bowl and a spoon down upon it. Then you went back to the kitchen and took out some freshly bought bread rolls and set them down beside the extremely hot bowl of soup on the table.

"Jean." You said sternly as he lifted his head. He looked at you and you pointed at the table.

"I'm going to take a shower. Back in a while." You walked down the small hall of the cottage and into the bathroom at the end of the hall.

You leaned into the small glass cubicle and rotated the dial to turn on the water that would soon emerge from it.

Getting undressed you felt the cool air against you, making you shiver. You took out the small band holding up your hair and set it beside the taps of the pearly white sink.

You stepped into the shower. The sudden heat making you jump, but you soon relaxed and slumped your head down, letting the stream of hot water hit the back of your neck as you slowly moved forward to allow it to hit the top of your back. You got lost in your own thoughts, blanking out everything around you.

You were quickly snapped out of your day dreaming when a pair of arms wrapped around your waist. You yelped. You haven't any contact like this in so long. His forehead rested on your shoulder and his arms gripped around you tighter now causing both of your bodies to be pressed tightly together. You put your hands onto his arms around you. Embracing one another.

He twirled you around. Now both of your bodies were frustratingly tight together. Nothing could separate the two of you.

He pressed his lips against yours. He then pulled away and looked into your [Eye Colour] eyes that were completely enveloped into his own.

"Don't worry, [First Name]. I won't ever leave you again."

Needless to say, both of you let your bodies take control. Two months of built up frustrating hormones took their toll.

2 months later

Now everything was finally back to normal.

Jean told you everything that happened those 2 months he was gone. How he was possessed by a man named Dio, how he met four other men that became his friends and how they went on that journey to Egypt together. The annoying, but amazing dog that also had a thing called a 'Stand'. The people who were after them.
The three of his comrades that lost their lives...

You had to comfort him when he was telling you all this, most of it bringing him to serious tears when mentioned.

When he said about him nearly losing his life, multiple times, it caused you to break down.

But now it's in the past, you were now helping him move on. The occasional phone call from a boy named 'Jotaro' and an older man called 'Joseph' just wanting to know how he was getting on.

Jean was currently in the local town, grabbing the list of things he needed to get whilst he was there.

There you sat on the sofa, gazing down at your hands with teary eyes in shock and disbelief.

The door slammed open, the soaking wet Polnareff charging through, bags in his hands and the rain not taking any time to stop.

"OH MON DIEU! THAT WAS HORRIBLE"

He set the bags down beside him and shut the door. He glanced over at you. You sitting there hunched over staring downwards, he was concerned.

"[First Name], are you okay?" He questioned.

Silence.

He walked over and sat beside you, him also looking in shock and disbelief at the thing in your hands.

You looked at him.

Your eyes watering.

"I guess I'll be eating for two now..."
