A-abstinence it's the best solution.
B-bae, if s/he wants what's between your thighs s/he shouldn't have a problem with testing.
C-couples testing is a "thing," it's always better to test in twos.
D-don't go off of someone's word, always request proof of testing.
E-(for)ever, because that's how long you will have HIV if you don't practice preventive measures and become diagnosed with HIV.
F-"fake" be careful of fake results. There are people who will print or copy false rapid results.
G-good to go, no matter the results there are options and support.
H-hood, the hood going to talk about you good or bad.. Don't let that stop you from tending to your health.
I-information, there's so much information available on HIV/AIDS, educate yourself and the ones you love.
J-jack ass, don't be one. Be mindful of what you say because you never know who is affected by HIV/AIDS.
K-keep it real, don't lie to your sexual partners about your status. Nows the time to be upfront and honest.
L-love, don't let it be the cause of an infection. If your mate loves you and several other people, remove yourself.
M-mother, you can still create a family with HIV/AIDS and your child doesn't have to share your diagnosis.
N-no glove, no love.
O-organizations, there are many out there for those diagnosed HIV/AIDS positive. Help is out there if you need it.
P-privacy, even with your status you are still entitled to your privacy. The only people who need to know is yourself, your doctor and your sexual partners.
Q-questions. Don't be afraid to ask questions about HIV/AIDS. A question doesn't make you positive, it makes you informed.
R-reliable, which HIV tests are. If someone is diagnosed positive they can not bring you a negative result, ever!
S-stigma, let's end it. It only helps if HIV/AIDS diagnosed individuals are able to be comfortable with their status. Shaming them only aides in the spread.
T-test, HIV test tests for the antibody created to fight HIV infection. So, a positive person outside of the window period will test positive.
U-union, HIV diagnosis does not mean you will be lonely. There are many individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS who are in loving relationships and marriages.
V-vocal, don't be afraid to speak up. You have to be the advocate for yourself!
W-world, which only stops of you let it. You can still live a normal, healthy, positive life.
X- x-Ray, learn to see through the bull and get to the truth. Seeing things for what they are can make a difference in being positive, and not.
Y-you don't have to be positive. Why live a normal, healthy and positive life, when you can just be negative?
Z-zero, the amount of individuals infected by undetectable mates, while on PrEP with and without condom usage. Additionally, I will always promote the use of protection but it is proven an undetectable viral load significantly reduces the risk of transmission to 4% and below.I have equipped you with the ABC's, let's keep the negative, negative and the positive, healthy😊❤️
