Each and every day kids suffer through depression, cutting, ODing, injecting, getting drunk, and even suicide. Because of bullying. There are many kinds of bullying,
•Verbal
•Physical
•Sexual
•Emotional
•Social
•Cyber
And many more.
Neither of them are "good bullying"
Bullying is rude, hurtful, painful, and just a big problem with the world. Name calling, pushing, shoving, no matter what it is, it is bullying. I feel like I had to write this book because I know kids and teens all over the globe suffer.
This is how bullying can lead to death. Here's how:

Rudeness goes to being a jerk
Being a jerk goes to "playing around"
"Playing around" leads to bullying
Bullying leads to hurt
Hurt leads to sadness
Sadness leads to depression
Depression leads to suicide.

Understand this. No matter what you say, it hurts.
Please, please tell someone your feelings. Please, please tell someone if you are depressed.
I do not want any of you to die
I want you to live a long, happy life
I want you to live
Though I want many things, I do not always get what I want when I want.
But promise me this.
You will not kill yourself.

Do not worry. I am here.
I am always full of wisdom, help and love. I am always going to be here.
