Preface
We all dream of the future. But do we all have what it takes to make them come true?
At a young age we are encouraged to dream to our hearts content. We all aspire to be something someday. For some they want to be an Astronaut. Others want to be a teacher. Maybe some of them want to be a world famous choreographer. Our dreams make us determined. They make us believe that maybe someday they can possibly come true. But we face a huge block in the road: Reality, such a brutal term. It can ruin our dreams. It makes us come out of our dream world and face the facts that this is a brutal world that we live in and nothing ever goes as planned.
This can sometimes be a good thing or bad thing to others. It tries to convince you that your dreams don’t always come true for some. For others, it might come true if you continue to be determined and work hard. If you work hard and achieve your dream, you will be greatly rewarded in life. As the saying goes, hard work pays off. Fight for your right to dream.
Unfortunately for me, I gave up my right to dream. I was too beat up and hurt. I couldn’t do it. Without even giving it a fair fight. I’ve regretted it every day. Why I was such a coward? I myself really don’t know why. A dream I’ve had for as long as I have been breathing. The only thing I have ever wanted to be…diminished in seconds.
What if’s are such a special thing. It has the power to possibly create scenarios for a person that can ruin their life and haunt them for the rest of their lives. All I would like to say is do not give up your dreams for anybody or anything for that matter. Fight for it, tough it out. I guarantee it will be worth it. And if it by chance it doesn’t work out, at least you can say you’ve done your best at achieving you dream. Do not be a coward. Don’t let people or anybody push you. Don’t let reality push you because dreams and goals are a part of one’s life, and they are totally in no way overrated.
Keep Dreaming and do not let anything or anyone stop you from dreaming
Make your dreams into a reality
