(Takes place during CoG, after Sebastian kisses Clary.  Instead of hating him, Clary ends up starting to like him.  This is an alternate ending I made up)

“Sebastian, I- I” I stammered, at a loss for words.  What had just happened?

“No, Clary, don’t,” Sebastian said.  “I don’t want your pity, or something you make up.  It’s just something I wanted to try.  Forget about it.”  He started to turn away, but I caught his sleeve, bringing him back.  His face was surprised and even more surprised when I leaned in, closer to his face.

“Don’t just say forget about it.” I murmured, bringing him closer.  “Sebastian – I’ve never felt this way about anyone before.”  Oh wait, yes I have.  Jace.  JACE.  Immediately my brain went angry at that name, but I ignored it, focusing on the dark-haired beauty in front of me.  Sebastian’s beautiful eyes widened, and then he whispered, “Neither have I.”  He leaned in, bringing me closer to him, so that the space between us became nonexistent.  And then I leaned in and threw my lips against his, drinking in his soft, buttery lips, and then his mouth was pressed against mine, drinking me in return.  “I love you, Sebastian.”

I stayed with Sebastian.  He explained everything to me, and how we had to get rid of Shadowhunters.  I was skeptical at first, but I remembered how much I love him (how much I love HIM, not Jace) and I decided I would do anything for him.  I was thinking about this, when I walked into the Penhallow’s house, only to find a small, catlike, boy who was clutching a toy soldier.  “Max?”  “Hey!  You’re Clary, Jace’s friend.  Everyone’s looking for you and Sebastian and-“I cut him off.  “Jace’s friend?” I growled, and I stepped closer to him.  “I AM NOT JACE’S FRIEND.  DON’T YOU DARE CALL ME THAT!”  I grabbed his shirt, and he clutched his soldier tighter.  Suddenly, the door behind me opened and I whirled around, half expecting to see Shadowhunters.  It was only Sebby though.  He grinned.  “I took care of Isabelle.”  Isabelle.  The name sends a slight pang through my heart.  I shake it off.  “Good job.  Stupid Shadowhunters will only get in the way.”  “Izzy?” Max whimpered and Sebby, rolled his eyes and said, “Get rid of him.  He’s annoying me.”  “Wait…Max?  He’s only nine and – “Sebastian cuts me off.  “One day, he will be a Shadowhunter.”  Max piped up.  “What about Clary?  She’s a Shadowhunter!”  This made me whirl on him and I said fiercely, “I am NOT a Shadowhunter!  Shadowhunters are arrogant, conceited, and weak!”  I drew my hammer out of my pocket and, despite whatever concern I felt for him earlier, I hit him hard over the head, and he crumpled.  Sebastian smiled at me, and left the room, beckoning me to come after him.  I do, but before I go, I take one last look at Max Lightwood.  I see his eyes, wide open, still fresh with shock; his pale hand clutching the soldier; and then I see him – Jace.  He’s reflected in Max’s face; I see Jace’s determination, courage, and pride.  Then it hit me as I sank to the floor – what have I done?

Jace found me later, all curled up.  He had to bring me to the Silent Brothers, because I was wanted for murder.  So that’s where I am right now, locked in a jail cell, writing in this journal.  Only one thing keeps me hoping though – I know that my Sebby will come back for me.

Harry Potter:

Hesitantly, I followed Albus through the seventh door and was immediately thrust into a dark, pitch-black area.  “Lumos,” whispered Albus.  “This way, Addy.”  I reached out for his arm and my best friend lead me towards the light.  I heard something and suddenly I was standing in the inside of…Hogwarts.  I gasped and Albus smiled and said, “Like it, Addy?”  “I love it, Albus!  This is the best birthday present ever!

This was the first time I had ever been to Hogwarts.  Albus was in his third year, and I would have been too, if I were not a Squib.  My father would not allow me to go to Hogwarts and shame the The Noble and Most Ancient House of Malfoy, so I stayed at home.  I barely got to see my best friend Albus (whom I secretly saw since he lived three blocks away from me) or go outside, so just being able to breathe the air that was not in my house was a pleasure.  And now I finally got to see Hogwarts!

“Take me to explore!”  His smile faded.  “Okay, but we have to be very, very careful.”  “I know, I know.  Don’t let people see me, just act natural, I know the rules Al.”  He rummaged around in his robes and pulled out the Invisibility Cloak, a gift from his father.  He tossed it over us and once again, I was amazed by its power.

We began to walk, and I saw the fields outside, with the golden hoops, and Quidditch teams practicing; I saw the moving staircases, something my brother had always talked about that had made me green with envy; I saw the Great Hall, tables filled with bright goodies; and then I saw him.  My brother.  “Albus!” I whispered fiercely, poking him in the side.  He turned around.  “Ow!  What was that for?”  “Shh – you’re making too much noise!”  “No, you’re the one who-”  “No you are-” We began to scuffle and suddenly, the Invisibility Cloak was off us!  Everyone stared at us, especially my brother, Scorpius.  If looks could kill, I would be dead by now.  He walked toward me, slowly, menacingly, and glared at the crowd around us, who dispersed as soon as his eyes fell upon them.  “Adrastea Narcissa Malfoy.  What, in Merlin’s Beard, are you doing here?”  “Um…visiting?” I stammered.  Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Albus trying to slink away.  “You know you’re not supposed to be here!  What if people found out about you?!  You could have shamed the Noble and Most Ancient House of Malfoy!”  His eyes fell upon Albus.  “And you!  What do you think you’re doing sneaking around the castle with a…with a…Squib!  Take her back immediately!  If not, I will make sure that my father will hear about this.”  He glared at us one last time and, with a dramatic turn of his head, he swept up his robes, turned on his heel, and strode away.  At the last minute, he turned around and called back, “150 points from Gryffindor!”

Albus turned to me, his face pale.  “I’m so sorry Addy.  I didn’t mean to fight with you, and get you discovered.  I was just trying to-” I cut him off.  “Sorry?  Why are you sorry?  That was the coolest thing ever!”  Slowly, a grin started to spread across his face and he said, “Guess we’re not going back, then?”  “Of course not!”  I threw the Cloak over us, and we set off, ready for more adventures.

Hunger Games:

Prologue: "NO!!!" FATHER!" Ky Everdeen still had recurring nightmares of his father dying, in District 12's cole mine. They didn't happen that often anymore, now that he was in his new home in the Capitol. He had been brought up to hate the Capitol, but now that he was actually living in it, with his adoptive father, Cornelius Sno, he had learned to love it. He missed a lot of things though…his sister, Prim, his mother, and most of all…his twin sister Katniss.

Ky’s POV: I sit in my third period class, fiddling my quill. The instructor is boring, as usual. We are supposed to be writing a story about our birth family, but I can’t. For one thing, my real sister is Katniss Everdeen, victor of the 74th Hunger Games, and my father hates her. How can I write about someone that my father hates? But then again..”Ky, get to work!” The instructor flicks my white rose hairpiece, and I bend over and start to write. Katniss. My sister. The victor of the 74th Hunger Games. I haven’t seen my sister for six years, and I’m sure she’s changed. But the time we were together, I had some of the best moments of my life. We were often told that we were alike in many ways; we both had a beautiful voice, and our dark auburn colored hair was both wavy. We both loved hunting, but to be honest, her hunting partner, Gale, was not my favorite. He was always chasing after her, and was too sullen. However, although we fought constantly (we were both very stubborn), we loved each other to pieces. One thing I did strongly disagree with though is what she did in the Hunger Games. She went by herself? She should’ve joined the Careers! Although I dislike some of her choices, I miss her to pieces.

Epilogue: President Cornelius Snow read his adoptive son Ky’s school paper. His brows furrowed as he reached the end. “Love her to pieces? How can he?” He thought. “I can’t have more of a rebellion. He is too much like his sister.” President Snow turned to Seneca Crane, and said, “He must be eliminated.”

I do not own these characters!  Characters belong to Cassandra Clare, JK Rowling, and Suzanne Collins.
