Chapter 4

Crystals POV

I turn to see Jace looking like freaking hobo. I'm about to get up when I begin to feel really dizzy and I slip back into unconsciousness.

Jaced POV

I wake up to the sound of loud beeping. 'I hate alarm clocks' I think. Suddenly dozens o doctors and nurses run in... Wtf. I turn to see my beautiful mate there and the worst thing I could imagine
'Her heart stopped'.

15 minutes later I'm still waiting. My head is spinning clinging to false hope she'll be okay but if her heart has stopped she probably is... NO SHE CANT BE... Dead.

Crystals POV

I wake up to a lot of sad voices. Whispering about something along the lines of breaking the news. After about 5 minutes I finally yell "WHAT IS GOING ON!"

Slowly everyone turns to look at me. Until one guy asks "But how?? Um.. You've been dead for over 5 minutes"... WTF!! I sit there for a while looking like a complete retard with my mouth wide open. "Um I'll go get the alpha" One of the nurses says. About a minute later Jace walks in he's yelling at the nurse that just left. "SHES NOT ALIVE IT'S TO LATE HER. HEART. STOPPED." Jace screamed at her. He suddenly hit her and she fell to the ground. I lost it to say the least.

I shifted and tackled him to the ground, he shifted to and tried to lunge at me. I side stepped and before he turned around I grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and threw him at the wall I walked over and bit his neck not hard enough to do damage but I heard him begin to whimper. He bowed his head in submission. I was about to shift back when I realized what happened everyone knows I'm a white wolf.
'Don't worry imagine you were on the floor unconscious while the fight happened between us and jace ' Celestia said
Okay.
'Now imagine that thought in everyone's mind'
'Okay'. I did what Celestia said.'Hey Celestia, is that one my powers'
'Yes' And with that she left and I shifted back. Thank God no one knows my secret or I'd be extra screwed.
As I came back to reality. I lay on the floor breathing sharp ragged breaths (quite convincing ones of I say so my self) Jace gets up, obviously really pissed.

Suddenly he's next to me looking at me intently "are you OK?" He asks "umm, yeah" i say even thought it sounds like a question.

Jaces POV

I was shocked that i hit one of my pack but even more so to see a white wolf, the last one died over 300 years ago. I realized that the white wolf was pissed. I thought crossed my mind it might be my mate but I saw a slight glimpse of her in the corner of my eye. In less than a minute I bowed my head in submission and then... Kind of spaced out. When I came back to reality I saw my mate on the ground struggling to breath smoothly.

I swear to god my heart stopped. She was actually alive. When the nurse came out and explain. I kind of lost it. Her heart stopped for 7 minutes. I saw red I burst into the room yelling. And then I hit the poor girl. I am so fucking stupid. I must of scared Crystal (I think that's her name anyway) so much.

I bolted over to her and checked if she was mostly OK. She seemed mostly fine. "Are you OK" I asked.
She fidgeted uncomfortably "umm,yeah" she said it sounded like a question though. I chuckled and put her back on the bed. She was alive! I left with the biggest smile on my face.

Crystals POV

I couldn't stay. It broke my heart when I saw him smile. Suddenly I could hear his thoughts. Shit. I was freaking crying my eyes out. Even though it made my heart shatter I refuse to put him or his pack in danger. I know he hated himself for hitting that girl. I know he had a kind heart but
"Hey Luna" the nurse from earlier said snapping me out of my thoughts. She already had a black eye. "Hi, what's your name" i said. "Um, Melody"
"Well hello Melody"
"I'm super sorry about this but alpha said I have to lock you in"
Shit. Using my white wolf voice (10× more power than an alpha voice) "you will go tell your alpha you will no be locking me in anywhere. Because you will not be locking me up anywhere without my permission"
"Um, o-ok Luna" As she scurried away I pulled on some new clothes and I jumped out the window and ran. Suddenly I was knocked out and the world turned black yet again
