Chapter 1- Just the start

I looked around in confusion as I waited for Glena. She was about to show up at around 7:30 but it's 8:00 now and I sitting like a fool here looking at myself in the full sized mirror which glared at me naked,

I sauntered down the elegant stairs which were covered with a think red carpet and from the top of the stairs the house looked out standing. A huge chandelier hung by the cream walls and the intense living room just added to the look. The door was not in my viewing radar..it seemed so far away.

I rubbed my two hands on my face and shook my head as I plastered a fake grin on my face as I walked to the room which was closed by a lighter shade of pink and two golden doorknobs which were exactly in the middle gapping the the two doors.

Knock,Knock(harshly)

A very familiar face opened the door:my mom. She was wearing a shiny off shoulder gown which ended on the floorings and her hair pinned up into a sophisticated bun. She had done smokey eye shadows and wore a dark shade of red which suited her skin colour.

I stared at her for nice 2 minutes and a sigh of amusement left my mouth.

"You look gorgeous mom like seriously you look damn beautiful" I paused as I looked from the gap between the door and my mom "Wait.What?! Glena what are you doing here you were supposed to do my make up not my mother's "

She walked up till the door and tightened her thin lips and from the corner of her eye She looked at mom, who did the same thing.
"Oh! I m sorry honey I didn't mean to but my make up artist did not turn up so I just thought I could take her...I hope you understand"

My jaw figured itself as anger crept over me "Oh! Yes I sure do understand as its so important"

Without listening to what she had to say. I walked off and ran on the stairs until I entered my room .
A low knock came from the outside.
