I was riding with my best friend Louis in the car. He was driving, and I was riding shot gun. We were on our way to the mall. There was a new arcade that just opened up, and we just had to check it out. We also were going to watch a movie afterwards. But that wouldn't be happening, we wouldn't even make it to the mall. I was talking to Louis as he was driving, he was being bubbly and cheeky. His normal personality. We were talking about my party that was going to occur in just mere days when out of the blue a mini van crashed into the side of our car. Louis' side. Not only did it crash into our car but it sent us flipping. Our car rolled for I don't know how long. I didn't remember much after that. Just feeling blood from the side of my head pour onto my shirt and the seat. Louis was beside me already unconscious. This was an accident. Just an accident.
"Mr. Styles?" Are you alright?" My eyes fluttered open and I squinted as I felt a light being shone in my face. "What's going on?" Where's Louis?!" I now saw a lady with blonde hair and blue eyes, and cheeky smile on her face. "Oh honey, you need to relax." I began squirming in my hospital bed. I didn't care about my restrictions of all of the cords and machines that were attached to me. My best friend was dying and it was my fault. "Please you... you have to tell me where Louis is!" She stroked my hair and smiled. "Aww honey biscuit, don't worry, your friend is in good hands." I groaned. She was not helping me. How could she? "Where is Louis?! I demand to see him!" She shook her head and sighed. "You are not in a well enough condition to go anywhere, Mr. Styles." I didn't care. Did she think I cared what my *condition* was? "Hi Harry." I knew that voice. My head turned towards the entrance where there was Louis on a hospital bed. He looked terrible. Worse than me. "L-Louis?" You're alive." He nodded and groaned in pain. "Yes, but I'm in a lot of pain." Do you remember exactly what happened?" I shook my head and sighed. "I only remember bits and pieces of what happened." Sorry Lou." He sighed loudly and chuckled. "Not your fault, I was the one driving." A nurse now rolled Louis beside me where we would be able to see and speak to each other. "I'm just glad you're okay, Lou." Same for you." He said with a chuckle. "Anything hurt besides your head, obviously." I shook my head. "No, just my head." He nodded and looked down at his hands. "What Lou?" He shook his head and sighed. "I promised your mum I would protect you." You tried your very best.... that's what counts." He nodded and tears appeared in his eyes. "Hey... it was an accident." Just an accident."
