"Why in the hell do you run out in tough situations?" I turned to Fredo. "I-I don-" "You KNOW he can't chase after you like that." He cut me off. "I know." I sighed and sat on the ground with my face in my palms.
Fredo bent down to my level and uncovered my face. "Don't cry." "But I just ruined his meet and greet AND his mood." I let more tears fall and my friend sat beside me. "He's a tough boy. He knows how to put up a front." "I don't want him to have to do that." I sighed.
"Well. You ran out. You should've squashed it in there. I'm sure you want the fairytale where he chases after you, but this is reality. This is your reality. You gotta be fair to him. Think about what you're getting yourself into. Figure out if this is what you want."
I was speechless. I know I shouldn't have ran out. Fredo was right... "Let's get backstage before people find us." The teddybear stood to his feet and reached his hand out in front of me. I looked up to him, grabbed his hand and rose to my feet.
We had to cover our faces with hoodies. Backstage was crazier than I had ever seen before. People were running around. "The hell's going on?!" "Cody got into a wreck!" Doom hit Fredo's face. "He's okay, but they're still running tests!" "Well, uhm, can't do some more songs?" I asked.
"No. No one's prepared for that. I'm just gonna go out there and explain everything. Alfredo, come with me." Scooter exclaimed. "You can come too, Aubrey." I smiled and followed the duo out of the curtains.
The crowd went crazy. I didn't remember how amazing it was to be on stage. My adrenaline was off the roof. The three of us stood in at the beginning of the walkway. "Uhm. If you don't know. I'm Scooter Braun, Justin's manager. And this is Alfredo Flores and Justin's girl Aubrey Mclawhorn." Everyone cheered and started jumping. "Guys, I have some bad news." Scooter spoke into the microphone and the crowd awed.
"There's been an accident." Gasping filled the arena while few others were still screaming. "Cody wont be making it." Everyone and I do mean everyone screaming no and quite a few started to cry. "Don't get me wrong, Cody's fine. He really wanted to be here with you guys. You guys aren't mad right? You understand." Again with cheering.
"You wanna talk to him?" You could've sworn Justin had come out. I watched Scooter take out his phone and hocked it up to a few cords. Ringing filled the center. "Guy's when he picks up, be quiet. We're gonna surprise him. I'll signal you." And just like that, silence.
"Hello?" "How you doing?" "Good mate. Still testing. I really wish I could be there." Scooter signaled the crowd and Fredo and I ran to opposite sides to pump up the crowd. Thank God for ear plugs! You could hear Cody's laugh! "Awh, hey everybody! I'm dearly sorry I couldn't make it!" "These doctors were talking that," he started to sing, "ay I I I I. ." "And wouldn't let me leave."
"Again. I'm sorry. I love you guys so so much!" Everyone screamed "love you too Cody!" "Bye, y'all!" Scooter hung up his phone and just as he did, what sounded like canons went off! The crowd screamed with everything they had. I turned around and saw the 10 minute count down had begun!
"Get ready for Justin!" Scooter pumped up and led Fredo and I offstage. I looked up to my right and Justin was being strapped to the wings. I exhaled and kept walking unnoticed.
After another amazing concert, I was ready for a great big hug. "Babe, you were amazing." I reached out my arms... Justin flashed a short grin and walked by only sliding his hand on my arm for a short moment.
I sighed and watched him vanish around the corner. "Za! Can you take me to the bus?" "Uhm, yeah. Where's Justin?" I shrugged my shoulders and pushed him along in front of me.
I sat alone on the bus for what seemed like a century. Thankfully Justin came in alone. I ignored him by keeping an eye on my phone. I saw his legs go by and into his room.
I left him be and got on twitter. He started talking to fans. Quite a bit more than usual. He was being really cute to them. It kind of made me jealous, but I wanted him to have his time with them.
Finally after about 30 minutes, he seemed to have stopped. So I tweeted, "don't worry guys. #OurJustin is definitely still creeping :)" I got so many mentions, I literally was surprised my app didn't completely crash!
In just minutes, #OurJustin and #BreShares strated trending! I was so happy and honored. I went to the Bre Shares and the top tweet was from Justin. "Come here @AubreyMc and i love u #MyBeliebers #BreShares cause shes one of u" I retweeded of course, along with like 30,000 other people and replied.
"@justinbieber's right. Coming bae" I tucked my phone in my pocket and walked into the room.
He pointed at the end of the bed as a signal for me to sit there. I obeyed and sat there indian style, looking down at my lap. "I can't believe you ran out. Again." My eyes began to water. "Why do you do that?"
"I ran before you could." Justin's face grew confused. "What are you talking about?" "I'm scared of you leaving me." "You pulled away when I was consoling you, Aubrey." His face went soft. "I know."
"You're not ready for this. You deserve better. I can't give you what you want." "What are you talking about?" My defenses were up. "Life with me is hell! There's millions of girls that want to be you! They will do anything they can to try. You need someone focused on you."
My first tear fell. "Pl-please don't cry." Justin sat up. "What I need is you!" "Tell me why you got upset when Rachael kissed me. You know I had nothing to do with it."
"Cause she's better!" "Aubrey. If she was better don't you think I would choose her not you. I'm with you. Only you." "I'm scared of someone stealing you away. Someone could walk into a meet and greet and you could do the same you did with me, Justin."
He scooted close to me and grabbed my hand. "Trust, Aubrey. Trust." "I know," I sighed. "I don't like seeing you locked up. You need friends. A job. A life outside of me. I love having you on tour with me, but I don't want to hold you back from living your life."
"I've got another month and a couple of weeks before a big brake. I want you to go home." He squeezed my hand because he knew my next reaction. "I'm not getting rid of you, Bre. I'm doing this for you."
I threw myself back on the bed and shut my eyes. "I don't wanna go." My voice cracked. "I don't want it either, but it's killing me to see you like this." "When are you making me go?" "In three days." I lifted my eyelids and looked at him with my glassy eyes. "You cry too much, babe." Justin smirked. "It's your fault." "Oh?"
Justin hovered his body over mine. The tip of his nose was barely touching mine. "I don't like seeing you cry." Justin whispered. "Make it better?" Justin's eyes grew full of lust and he crashed his lips into mine. He waisted no time to ask for entrance, but I didn't grant his wishes.
"Stop teasing baby." His breath swept across my moist lips and it sent chills throughout my body. I smirked and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Sorry." I looked down at his lips for a brief moment before capturing his lips with mine. I began to trace his bottom lip and Justin used this time to guide in his tongue.
He started exploring as if it was his first time ever kissing me. I loved what he was doing... Justin interlaced our fingers and slid the back of my hands against the bed till they were just above my head.
He slowed down his kiss and began to leave a trail down my cheek until he got right under my earlobe. In one swift move, Justin rolled his body against mine until all is weight was on me. I couldn't help but to let out a little moan.
"Mmm" his voice echoed in my ear and I felt him get excited against me. I snatched a hand from Justin's and grabbed a handful of his hair. This time, he was the moaner.
