Chapter 14/Kara's Plan

Hiccup

I couldn't belive it. Kara, my daughter is a Dragon Rider, and she has her own dragon: A Skrill! Man, I thought that I was crazy enough that Tobias trained Darklite. We went inside the Great Hall so I can help her. She said something has to do with Pitch. I said, "So, what happened?" She pets her Skrill and said, "We were in the Cove, making a plan to attack Pitch then out of nowhere, he appeared and he spread some darkness smoke on us. Luckily, I was the only one who escaped and the first thing I thought of was to find you." Kara seemed to be scared and I thought for a while. "Hm. This sounds like Pitch wants you to fight one other." She said, "That is what I was thinking, but there's a problem. I don't know how to turn them back to normal! I tried to talk sense into Tobias, but..." I knew what she meant. It was similar when Toothless was controlled by Drago and his evil Alpha. I said, calm, "He didn't listen to you, as if Pitch was controlling him, am I right?" She asked, "How did you know?" I shrugged, "It happened before, when Toothless was controlled by the Alpha. I yelled at him to stop, but it didn't work." "So, what shall I do to stop Pitch and his entire Nightmare Army?" She asks. 

Kara

I can tell that Dad had an idea. He said, "Well, for one thing, I have something can help." He tosses me his sword! "Your fire sword? The one you used to defeat Drago with?" He said, "No, this sword can eliminate dark magic. It was gift from North when I joined the Big Four. I figured that you should use it." I was speechless. "Me? Are you sure?" I asked the Chief. He nods, "I'm sure, Kara. I know you can do this. And when you confront your brother again, speak softly and gently. That's how Toothless got out of the trace of the evil Alpha." I looked at Toothless and he shurgs, "Yeah, it worked on me, so it might work on Tobias and Darklite." I smiled at the both of them and said, "Thanks for the advice." I climbed on Slivermist and went in search for my brother. I saw Pitch and he said, "You are really hard to get rid of, Kara." I looked at my enchanted brother and his dragon. I said, "Tobias? Hey, it's me, I'm right here, brother. Come back to me." Pitch laughs, "He belongs to me now, Kara, but please try to get him back." I continued, "I know you would do anything to protect me and I'm not afraid." I petted his Night Fury, and Pitch stares at me. "I know you're both in there. I won't leave you, I'm not letting go. You're my family." Suddenly, Tobias shooks his trance and said, "K-Kara?" I said, "Yeah! You're back!"

Tobias

I shook off the trance and saw Kara... riding on a dragon?!? She seemed relief and happy. "Yeah! You're back!" I looked at her and asked, "Who is that?" She realized I was referring to her dragon. "Oh... that. Um, I might've trained a dragon behind your back." She said, sheepishly. I repeated, "You did what?" One of the Nightmares came towards us and I was bout to strike it with Darklite, Kara said, "Slivermist, Lighting Tail Strike!" Her dragon did as instructed and I couldn't believe that work. I asked, "Ok, who are you and what you done with my little sister?" She laughs, "C'mon, Tobias, let's free the others." I said, confused, "Uh, Free them? How we going to do that?" She unleashes a sword and strike the other enchanted Vikings and Guardians. Jack said, "Uh, what just happened?" Ash went up on Star and notices us. I asked, "Are you ok?" She nods and said, "Yeah, thanks to Kara." Then she notices Kara's dragon. "How's Slivermist's leg?" She asks Kara. She replies, "Better, and she's ready for a fight." I looked at the girls and I raised my hands, "Wait a second! Ash, you knew about this?" Ash said, "Yeah, and your sis is way more crazier than you are." "Hey!" Kara said, seemed to be offended. "It was a compliant." Ash said, "Jack, any ideas?" He shurgs, "No, but we need to regroup." Kara said, "Good idea, Jack. Let's head back to Berk." Eric said, "Dude, do you know what type of dragon that your sister is riding on?" I replied, "I didn't ask her, why?" Elizabeth rolls her eyes at me, as if I was dumb. "Tobias, that dragon she is riding on.... that's a Skrill!" I said, with a shock, "A Skrill?!?"
