There was a dog who only had three legs. People would judge this dog by the way he looks. This dog was thrown away so many times, but one day the bruzmans' son was taking out the trash. This boy was 7 and his name is John. Johns moms name is Becky bruzman and dads name is Dan bruzman. On Christmas Eve John was taking out the trash and he opened the trash can and saw a dog that was cold and shivering, and asleep. He picks up the dog and brings it inside to show his mom and dad. Johns parents were sitting on the couch and they turn around and see John standing in the living room with the puppy in his arms. The parents know what is about to come. Becky says that "we don't have enough money to afford a dog". John asks "can we keep him until tomorrow". Dan says yes and John goes to get the dog some milk and left over food and after the dog was done eating John gave him a bath. Once the bath was done John fell asleep and the parents took the dog to the vet to get all of his shots and everything he need. Once Christmas had arrived John was so exited to see what he got. When John was done opening his Christmas presents, he remembers the dog and started crying. His mom and dad said that they had got him one more thing. John looked up to see a little face with big ears and a huge smile looking back at him. John jumped up in excitement. John asked his mom and dad if he could take him for a walk. When John and the puppy stopped at the park John bent down and gave the dog a big hug. Once John got home his mom and dad asked him if he has came up with a name yet. John said "yes". John said "I will name him John jr. and I will love him forever".
