Sue Ellen's diary entry

Dear diary, after thanksgiving this year, my family and I are traveling to India and won't be back until January. I don't mind traveling, I love it actually. But I will miss my friends and everything that I will miss here. And it will be odd traveling again since we settled in Elwood City about a year ago. I did travel to Crown City with my dad and with Muffy. And another time when I traveled with my mom on the Crown City Star. But they were a lot shorter only a weekend long. But now I'm going to be in India for entire month. I'm not sure if I lived in one place that long when I traveled while growing up. But it will be different, and it's only a vacation to visit my pen pal again. It's been awhile since we met.

Also the reason we are going to India is because of my dad's job again. And I hope it doesn't happen again. I like Elwood city. It keeps me rooted.

My mom just told me to go to sleep. Sincerely, Sue Ellen

Buster's Night

"Sleeping was impossible. I was just not sleepy. I decide to play Alien Invasion Attack on my computer until I got sleepy.

"Then a blast of light blasted through my window. It looked tractor-beam green, because when I got outside it was an alien spaceship twice as big as the school or elwood city, anyway it was huge-enormus. And the tractor-beam pulled me up into the darkness of the space ship."

"Then what happened next?" Asked D.W.

"I woke up back in my room, in my chair in front of my computer. It was so weird, it was like it was all a dream."

"Buster, it was a dream," said Arthur.

"Nuh-uh, it was a hundred percent real."

  "Prove it!" Exclaim D.W.

"What is there else to prove? I told you what happened."

"Yeah, but you come up with a lot of crazy stuff. Like that one time you thought I was an alien."

"I know you're not an alien D.W., Arthur said so."

"Of course, but you wouldn't believe it on your own without his help."

Buster, D.W., Arthur were sitting in the back seat of Arthur mom's car as they pulled into the parking lot at the beach.

Before leaving the car Arthur remembered the newspaper from the pocket of the passenger seat. He followed Buster and D.W. down the path to the beach.

"Don't go too far!" Arthur's mom called as she waited outside beside the car.

The three of them wanted to find the spot where Castle Starfish was build in July this summer. But they had no success.
