Ara has noticed Chung's strange behavior. Maybe its a bet? Or maybe its something else...
Ara didn't want to think about it anymore. She was fighting monsters and that's all that matters.
"Yo Ara." Chung called. Ara killed a monster and looked behind her.
Chung stood there smiling. "Chung? Why is there blood on you?" Ara asked.
Chung looked at his armour. "Eh. Blood? No its paint." He lied.
"Paint? But it doesn't smell paint." Ara muttered.
Chung took a step forward. "You know Ara, Killing isn't right." Chung said his voice sounding different.
"I know Chung." She replied gently.
A smirk grew on Chung's face. "That's good to hear. But it seems killing has struck." Chung smirked. He touched her gentle face.
Ara stepped back, causing her to fall down. "What do you mean Chung? This isn't like you." Ara said her voice shaking.
"It's nothing. I just turned over a new leaf." Chung smiled. His smirk no longer visible. With those words he spoke, he left the dungeon.
Ara was left speechless. "Chung, what happen to you?" Ara whispered. She got up dusted off anything that might have got onto her, grabbed her spear and left.
As she walked into the El search party's house, Rena welcomed her with a big hug. "Ara!" Rena happily said.
Aisha sat at the table looking at her spell books while Elsword was carefully studying his rune. Ara smiled. "I'm gonna go clean myself up." Ara said walking up the stairs.
"Be back down soon! Dinner is almost ready!" Rena chirped.
Ara nodded and continued up the steps. Waiting at the top of the steps was Chung. "You seem happy." He smirked.
"Why would I be? I had a nice big hug from Rena." Ara smiled.
Chung's face dropped. "Someday everything will fall. Just like it did once before." Chung walked down the stairs.
Ara couldn't believe what she heard. Could Chung really be alright?
His words raced through her mind has she washed her hands and change into a T-shirt and sweatpants.
She took a peek in Elesis' room. She saw Add and her sleeping soundly together.
Ara didn't wanna wake them up so she walked downstairs. She slid into a seat next to Aisha.
Aisha smiled at Ara. "So how was the dungeon?" Aisha asked, putting down her spell book.
Ara didn't want to mention Chung's strange behavior so she kept quiet.
"Did you get scared? Was the phoru too scary?" Elsword joked closing his hands making the rune disappear.
"She killed every last one of them. I saw her." Chung added.
Ara took a deep breath. She was glad Chung saved her from that. But was that his real intention?
"Chung are you alright?" Ara asked. That question threw everyone off well except Chung.
"I'm fine." Chung answered.
"That's good to hear." Ara smiled.
Rena put the plates of food on the table, and called everyone down to eat.
The table went silent. No one spoke. All you heard was sounds of silverware hitting plates and cups being put on the table.
Soon everyone finished and went back to what they were doing. Chung left the house.
"Ara, can you go check the mail?" Rena asked.
Ara nodded and went to grab her shoes. Once they were on, she walked outside. On her way to the mail box she saw a body lying on the ground.
"Excuse! Are you ok?" Ara asked.
No response. Ara walked closer. In till she was 2 inches away form the body.
"Excuse me?" She asked once more.
Ara looked at the body. Seeing a red liquid flowing out. "Oh My! Your dead!" She yelled.
About to run away, she spotted a note. Ara picked it up and it read "I killed this person for you, Ara."
"Me? Who are you?" Ara asked, Staring at the note.
