Prolouge

ANIX POV

We were walking down the street of larter road when my dad called

"Yes" I said into the phone. "You need to get your ass down here now" he yelled in response.

We started running down to the house when we were stopped bye two creatures of darkness

"What I thought the traveler drove them back" I thought aloud. As I said the word traveler they rushed towards us

"Shit run!" We took of down the road and quickly hid in an ally. "What the fuck were those things" Onnii said. "They were the fallen remember the darkness that invaded earth" I said with a duh tone.

"Well they shore don't like the traveler,as soon as they heard it they ran for us."

As if on cue they walked past us we quietly snook behind the dumpster in the ally way trying tot to gain attention to ourselves,we failed.

I tripped over a barrel and it made a lot of sound suddenly there were tons of fallen scrambling after us.

"Run" I yelled as I shoved Onnii out of the way.

Then I felt a sharp pain in my leg. I had been shot by one of the smaller more agile fallen.

I quickly jumped to my feet and met up with Onnii in my house. Then I looked down to see what the damage to my leg was.

I was practically gushing out blood what ever that bullet was it had burned through my skin but there was no bullet there.

I tried to hide it away from Onnii before she noticed but I wasn't quick enough.

"What is that?" She practically yelled. "Nothing" I gave a quick response hoping it would work (it didn't). "Your going to tell me right now!" She yelled louder this time

"Itsabulletwoundfromoneofthefallen"I said as quickly as I could. "Slow down and tell me what it is" she stated comely. I took a deep inhale and then exhaled "it's a bullet wound from one of the fallen"

Then seeing her worried face I then quickly added "but it's not that bad."

"Let me see if it's not that bad." I showed her. "Dear mother of god" she yelled attracting fallen to break down our door.

One turned to me and shot and that's the last thing I remembered.

ONNII POV

they shot him I thought in a quivering tone I looked at the fallen and couldn't help my self I lunged for it. It quickly retaliated against me but it was overwhelmed easily.

I turned to see the other one take aim and fire I died the second it pulled the trigger because I was so close to hitting it.
