June's POV:
While I was sitting at our spot, by the lake. The place he took me when we first met in Lake Sector. I got a text from a random number saying two words, "I remember."

Those were the only words I needed to end the hours of self pity. Driving home to the Ruby Sector I blare music and sing to myself.

I look down at my phone as I sit in my driveway, I text back, "is it really you?"

I wonder if Eden is playing a really sick joke on me. I pick up the courage and walk inside, my apartment is lonely, dark and empty ever since he left and Ollie died.

I can tell he is here, my messy but organized room is not the way I left it, there are only ten pencils in my cup I left eleven, my pillows are rumpled, and my chair is missing. I check all his usual hiding spots, my closet, under the bed, on my balcony. There he is, his white-blond has gotten longer, and he's gotten taller.

"Hey," is all I can get out, you think you would have more to say after waiting on them for ten years.

Day's POV:
Eden has been catching me up on everything I missed, we are both now twenty-five, she has an older brother named Metias, as if I need all of those small facts. Once I saw her dark brown eyes I remembered the small things that the doctors thought would never come back.
"Hey," she says looking down at me with her gold flecked eyes. She's beautiful as goddy beautiful as the day I broke her heart.

"Hey."

"Did you and Eden move back here or did you just come back to break my heart and leave?" The tears are about to spill over and I can't take it anymore, I stand up from the chair I stole and hugged her.
"It's okay, calm down," I try to soothe her. She must've been saving up on tears because they are starting to soak my shirt like a rain storm. Did she really wait for me? Then think I would turn up just to break her heart? No, Eden has been jogging my memory. I remember what we went through I was the wanted criminal and she was the prodigy set on my case.

"Why did you come back? Was Antarctica getting boring after spending ten years there?" She asked opening the flood gates, I brace myself for all the questions. "Did Eden come back with you? Have you had to get a new leg? Are you here to stay? Are you going to leave? If you leave do I get to come with you?"

"Kinda, those glasses are annoying. Yes he did I barely know my way around here. No but I have gotten extensions as I got taller. I don't know what I'm going to do all I know is that you will be by my side the entire way." With that her eyes sparked with excitement. "Now I have two questions for you."

"Don't make them hard."

"Ok, why didn't you ever move? And where is Ollie?" He was one of the first things I remembered about June, her dog, romantic right?

She was just fine until I asked the second question, when I did her eyes watered up and the tears started flowing again, "No one lives forever Day," she says, "Ollie was no exception. On a happier note because I'm tired of crying, I never left because if you came back for me this is one of the first places you would look so I wanted to make the job easier. No searching."

"So you live all alone? In this huge apartment?"

"I wouldn't call it huge, but yes all alone the last person who lived here with me was Ollie. Where are you and Eden staying?"

"Well we haven't found a place yet we just got back, I left Eden somewhere back in your apartment and told him not to say anything. Speaking of Eden he got his eyesight back and is like a hawk."

"Really? Lead me to him I want to see him!" She might be more excited to see him than me.
