Cody P.O.V.
It was early in the morning when the Alpha called us. I took my pack and headed down stairs where the others were. It mostly consisted of warriors, the Alpha, Beta, and some others that want to go and visit. I was scared to go back because I know Alpha Jason said he dealt with my parents and kick them out. But Pat said that he smells them very so often. And that they turned rogue.
I got in the car with the Alpha and Jack. He was one of the first people I met. He also came here because he was a mateless wolf. He always wanted a mate. I would say he's attractive but fuck it he really is attractive. He has a good sense of humor. A great personality, he athletic, smart, and most importantly he has an ass. He's tried to date me but I've kindly denied. I don't know why maybe because I still like Luke. But he he probably moved on with his wife and kids. Living the life like he wanted.
He doesn't need me. His true mate. If he doesn't need me then I don't need him. I can start a family without him. Maybe with Jack he has all the things I like in guys. Who's stopping me. Luke abounded me for the slut. I've decided that since he didn't need me than I don't need him.
So I made it my mission to forget Luke and move on. And with that in my head I got in the seat next to Jack.
"Jack I'm finally going to take that offer you told me about."
"Really. Finally I've told you that you should just forget about that guy and move on. The world waits for no one. So you want to go on a date later?"
"Sure " I smile at him and at the Alpha. It took about seven hours to get near the border of Canada and about four more to get near the pack border of the pack I once call home. As we got near the pack house I saw to pairs of eyes watching us as we got closer to the house. I guess they did finally turn rogue as their resort. I feel that I could have helped them they did raise me but not the best way a kid should be raised.
"We're here guys. Now get out and let's go meet the Alpha. And Cody I need to talk to about something so hold still please. Everyone else is free to go."
"Bye Jack see you later."
"Bye Cody find me after you are done talking with the Alpha so we can go on our date." I sat their wait for the last person to leave.Once he left I went to the front were the Alpha was. I was nervous about what he was going to say.
"Alpha what do you need the requires my presence?"
"Cody I know that this was your home and that the Alpha was your mate. And that your parents turned rogue. I must let you know that you have to be strong. The reason I brought you here was because you need to face your fears and I got the feeling that if you came the alpha wouldn't try to kill me and the rest of us. He and the surrounding packs are angered with our pack. They say we take to much land and game. They fear us." I nod as I try to process this information.
" We aren't here to fight. We are here to find a way to solve this and not cause a war. We must convince them we aren't a threat. And if things go south you are to going to take care of the pack and keep them safe. Now let's go and meet the bartered that crushed your heart." I sat their realizing that if things go south I will have to take care of our pack. And how the Alpha got all this information.
I decided to deal with this mess later. I went looking for Jack. But doors open and came out Luke. Even after seven year he still looks so young and nice. But he must already have a wife. And kids.
"Alpha Summers, it's nice to meet you in person." He looked straight at Alpha Summers.
"It's also a pleasure to meet you too Alpha Luke!" He bows down and so do the others. Guess I should do the same. Once I start to get up I see a figure in front of me. And by the smell of it it's a guy. And with the smell of lavender. It was him the same person that fuck the slut. Luke Cameron Anderson or as I call him that guy. His eyes frosty blue mean his wolf is in control.
"Mate" he tries to drag me inside but I stood my ground and he stares at me shocked. Because nobody define an Alpha.
"No I'm not your mate not after that day. Never was never will be. Because you rejected me. Your true mate . And I know that you fucked the pack slut to forget you were mated with me. I have someone that can call me theirs." As I turn around walk to Jack and leave to go on our date and forget this ever happened.
Luke's P.O.V.
I woke with Carrie and Camden jumping on my bed at six in the morning. Ugh these two are going to kill me one day I don't have the energy to wake at six in the morning. I got up and took them toto thief rooms and started my day. Made breakfast for the kids. Most of the day was fill with me signing papers.
At four in the afternoon I hear the cars coming and that's when I decided to great the unsuspecting victims. They were going to die in four days. As I got out I smell that smell. The smell of the one I lost. He was here with them. As I opened the doors I saw him run to a guy.
"Alpha Summers, it's nice to meet you in person." I said as I looked straight at Alpha Summers.
"It's also a pleasure to meet you too Alpha Luke!" He bows down and so do the others. As they bow down I see him. He hasn't change a bit except he got some muscle.
I run towards him my wolf takes over.
Emerson P.O.V.
I run to him. He's finally here. He's come back to us. I thought he left forever. Every time this dumb guy had sex with a girl I wanted to throw up. He knew that we are only suppose to have sex with our mate. But no he had to reject him and get that suit pregnant. As I stood in front of him I knew he could sense us.
"Mate" I said trying to claim him from others as they stared at him like a jewel.
"No I'm not your mate not after that day. Never was never will be. Because you rejected me. Your true mate . And I know that you fucked the pack slut to forget you were mated with me. I have someone that can call me theirs." He said and he ran towards a guy and they left. I felt incomplete without him. He was our mate and ours alone not that guys. Why did Luke have to reject him for that slut.
He should be mad at Luke not me. I didn't do anything wrong. Luke was the one that rejected him. I love him and I'll do what I takes to get him back.
