-Chapter seventeen-
Breakfast was at 9:30 and right after everyone was done Ricardo left. About an hour later Sam and Trevor left and Connor came to us to tell us the news. Ricardo, Sam, and Trevor are moving in with us. Plus Ricardo's servant Andrea. Sam and Trevor still live with their parents so they don't really own servants themselves.
We went upstairs and made the rooms they would be staying in. The guest rooms were going to no longer be only used every once in a while, but all the time. And we gave Andrea Arial's room. There will now be five of us.
I couldn't believe it when they all arrived with only two suitcases each. We all grabbed a bag and showed them to their rooms. Andrea is a very beautiful girl with dark brown hair. No wonder Ricardo had her as a servant. We showed her around and had her just stick around us to learn the routine.
After dinner, the boys disappeared again into the library. We thought that time would be great to get to know Andrea better. Caroline asked most of the questions and I got really bored after they started to talk about some musician I had never heard of. So I had decided to go for a walk through the garden.
The boys owned a giant plot of land, if you didn't know already, and had made a good mile long garden path. It was beautiful during the day, but yet so amazing at night. I loved that they had a small pond and then a little creek that led to the lake right off the property. They had built a small bridge to go over the creek to follow the path and that was my favorite place to just sit and think. During the day you could sit and watch the frogs or small fish traveling. At night with the little walkway lights they had set up on the path you could look in the water and watch the light dance. I could literally stand out there for hours.
You could hear the trees move in the wind, the water rushing by, and the rustle of creatures. So when I heard footsteps I didn't think anything of it. And then there was a warm sensation on my arm. Connor was standing beside me with his arm hooked in mine. I smiled at him and he made a weird face like he just ate a lemon. It made me laugh and I did something I hadn't done since I was little. I snorted as I laughed I hated when that happened. "Aww." Connor said it like I was a baby, but laughing a little. It made me turn cherry red and turn away from him. And that made him laugh harder.
Connor has this ability to make people feel like they are always loved. Or maybe it's just because after I turned away he hugged me from behind. Then picked me up shaking me like a rag doll. I don't know what it is about this kid, but he always makes me feel better. He put me down and while turning me around looked me in the eye with those beautiful green eyes. "I sorry, Arwia. Pwweease forgives me!" He is such a dork and yet that's why I like him. We laughed and I turned him around and jumped on his back. And he gave me a piggyback ride back to the house.
When we got to the back door I looked through the windows and I saw Andrea and Kian talking. It kind of made me sad that he didn't want to talk to me, but at least he was talking to someone. And as I got off of Connor's back I was about to open the door when I was ambushed! JC, Ricky, and Sam came out of no where with giant water balloons. I screamed when the first one hit me, but when I knew what they were I started to laugh. It was pretty funny. When they were finally done throwing and half on the ground from laughter I ran at them. Connor was dying on the ground, dry as can be so he was no help. I ran at them and they all tried to run. Of course Jc for some reason was the only one able to run and laugh at the same time where as the other two fell over and couldn't run. I sprinted to try to catch him, but there wasn't much of a moon out tonight so I couldn't see. He disappeared at one point then we collided with each other.
