Hi it's me again. Heh, sorry about the last chapter if it's a bit short, and if I gave you a cliffhanger XD. Anyways on with the story.

Peridot's POV

I can't believe my eyes.
LAPIS IS CUDDLING ME! AND SHE SEEMED SO PEACEFUL DOING IT!
Then she opened her eyes. But she still look drowsy.

She yawned.
"Morning Peri." She said.
"Umm, M-morning?" I said.
"Is there something the matter?" She asked with a concern look in her eyes.
"Ummm.." Is all I could say.

Then she looked at what she's doing.
Her face immediately changed from a concern to an embarrassed one.

She quickly let go of me. And I felt a bit cold without her warmth, but I ignored the coldness.

"I'm so sorry! I'm a bit cuddly when I sleep." She said while blushing.
She looks so innocent.
"It's fine. We better get up if we wanna make it to class." I said.
"Oh! I almost forgot about school!" She said.

"Well I have some spare clothes if you like to borrow them. I'm sure it'll fit you." I said. She started to blush but very light.

"Umm okay." She said.

I led her to a closet full of clothes so she could choose.

"How about this?" She said while holding up a blue with a dash of green T-shirts and some jeans.

"Sure. I'll take the first bathroom, you take the bathroom up here." I said while picking out some clothes for myself.

I started walking out the room and headed to the bathroom close to the living room and took a shower.

When I came out, Lapis was still at the shower, so I changed quickly. And thankfully, before she could get out, I'm already fully dressed. She blushed again.

"Umm, did I take too long?" She said.
"Oh no, I just finished changing." I said.
"Oh, okay. Do you mind leaving the room for a while?" She said.
Then I realized she still needs to change.
"Oh sure. I'll be downstairs if you need me." I said grabbing the car keys.

I went outside the room and went downstairs, waiting for Lapis to get ready.

When she went down, she was absolutely stunning. The clothes fit her well. I didn't realize I was staring for too long.

"Like what you see?" She said playfully and giggling.
"Oh, sorry. It just fits you well." I said while blushing.
"Thanks." She said and begins to blush as well.
"Welp, shall we?" I said while doing a nice gesture.
She giggled and nodded.

I led her outside and locked the doors. We got to the garage and went inside the car.

"By the way, thanks for letting me sleepover your house." She said while I started the car.
"No problem." I said heading to Gem high.

We got to Gem high in just 10 minutes, and parked the car.

We headed inside and went in our classroom. Again, there were still only a few people when we came in. But when it was almost 7, students start barging inside the classroom and headed to their sits.

Then a few minutes later, Ms. Rose came in.

"Goodmorning class, so since we already have partners for this year, we'll be having another project. But it will need 6 members so choose 2 more pairs to partner up with you." She stated.

After explaining the new project, she gave us time to partner up with two more pairs.

Luckily, Pearl, Amethyst, Ruby, and Sapphire were also in our section, so it wouldn't be hard to find two more pairs. After two hours of class, it was finally lunch time.

Me, Lapis, and the others went to our usual meeting table and sat down. We got some food and started talking about our new project. Then Steven and Connie came.

"Hey guys! Sorry we're late. We kinda had a bit of a problem with passing some new projects." Steven said and Connie nodded.

"It's fine." Lapis said.

We continued eating and chatting until lunch ended. So we went to our classrooms for the next subject. Eventually, school ended and we were all getting ready to go back home.

"Hey ugh, Peridot?" Lapis said.
"Yeah?" I said.
"Can I sleepover at your house again?" She said.
"Sure, but why?" I said.
"There's a little problem at my place so my mom said that I should sleepover at your place for a few days, if that's okay with you." She said.
"Okay, but we should go get some of your clothes so that you won't have to borrow mine anymore." I said.
"Is it okay if you drive me there?" She said.
"Sure." I said.

We went to my car and started heading to her place.
I hope her parents aren't that aggressive.
