Selina's brown eyes drifted from each stall as her feet pounded across the open market. A whiff of fish enveloped her nose while her eyes set on the brightest fruits in many baskets that surrendered the man selling them.

She only came here for some meat and vegetables, but looking around never killed- even when she knew there was someone who was following her.

Taking a longer time swerving between different stalls, Selina finally slipped into an alleyway and found an easier and faster route back to her small but comforting apartment.

Footsteps were heard behind her and she pretended to ignore them as she tucked her hat closer down to her face. Swerving in between buildings seemed like a hassle, as she usually liked to take her time to observe her surroundings and appreciate the view.

Selina's pale brown apartment came into view and she hurried inside and ran up the stairs only to hide behind a corner that was dark enough for her to hide in.

The sound of footsteps was getting nearer and so was the man's dancing shadow. A familiar cologne scent that she knew rather well in the past struck her curiosity.

Before the figure could pass her, she grabbed the tall figure and pushed him to the wall.

"I know you have been following me, that's a bad-" The familiar face was not what she was expecting. As she recognized his blue eyes and his rather impish smirk, her balled fists let loose of his collar.

"Now I was beginning to think that you started to carelessly walk around without minding your surroundings." His humble yet mocking voice was still the same as she remembered.

"Selina Cooper, stunning as always." His electrifying blue eyes took in every detail of Selina, her wavy dark hair, her plump red lips, her figure and how her fists curled on his collar.

As he was smirking, Selina was not even smiling. He was rather hurt by her response of seeing him, really.

"After years of not seeing me, this is how you greet me? Pinning me to the wall." The corner of his lips tugged upwards as his hand swiftly sneaked on her hip, "I think I like this."

"Solo? What're you doing here?" It has been years since Selina has seen Napoleon Solo and she did not expect him to be her new stalker.

"I'm a bit hurt that you're not glad to see me."

"I haven't seen you in somewhat of three years, of course I'm surprised." Selina said, ignorant to how her hip was attached to his, giving the man satisfaction.

A half smirk grew on the woman's red lips as her brow raised, "but of course you must have come for a reason."

"We were partners three years ago and I loved you as my partner. We worked beautifully."

Selina's brows furrowed at Solo, "wait, do you mean-"

"Yes. I mean that we are going to be a team again." Solo said with his twinkling blue eyes that bore into Selina's brown orbs.

"I haven't received news of that sort." Selina distanced from the man as she crossed her arms on her chest.

"Well you just have. I volunteered to tell you the news myself." Solo's smirk grew bigger and Selina suddenly had a familiar urge to smack it off his face.

"How kind of you." Selina remarked.

Solo ignored the woman's sarcasm as he laced his arm around the woman's familiar waist, "now, it would be more convenient to lead us back to your apartment to discuss further."
