Old friend (UNEDITED)

I'm going to be in sooooo much trouble.

I walk down to the principals office knowing that when I get there I will be punished. I see skyler walking out of the nurses room and her wrist is bandaged.

"Skyler your mother is on her way! You need to go to the hospital ASAP!"mrs Todd-the nurse- yells back

"I know mrs.todd!" Skyler shouts back before walking down to the hallway.

We get to the principals office and knock, we wait until mr.Jones Open the door. When he does he gestures to two seats in front of his desk. We sit and push our chairs slightly apart and look up at the principal who does not look happy.

"Now, Skyler tell me what happened."

"Ok so I walked over to her table and pulled her aside and asked her if she wanted to be friends and before I know it she's on top of me throwing punches. I tried to hit her back so that she would stop but then she grabbed by wrist and snapped it. It hurt so much but the nurse gave me pain killers so that I could get to the hospital without feeling hurt." She says perkily,

"That's not true!" I say in triumph

"Than what is true?" Mr.Jones asks me,

"earlier today in the bathroom she told me to stay away from my friend Jake Murdoch and she said that if I didn't I would regret it. Telling her she didn't and still doesn't scare me I walked away and went to the cafe. That's when she asked me to talk to her. So I said yes and she told me that I had already been warned to stay away from Jake and before I could answer she slapped me. Shocked I slapped her back and that's where she knocked me down and started punching me. I grabbed her wrist and she pulled out of my grip in a weird way and that caused her wrist to break." I say telling only a few white lies,

"Mrs. Antonio, do you agree with mrs. Peterson's story?" He questions

"Yes." She mumbles

"Ok. Well there you are legally not allowed to press charges seeing as it was only self defence. So you will be given 3 months of after school detention and Ariana you will receive a week of after school detention."

"Ok." I say

We sit in silence until a woman who looks partly like Skyler walks in. My heart skips a beat when she was in.

"Oh baby, are you ok?" She asks Skyler

Oh shit! oh shit! oh shit!

She looks at me and she looks at me in shock. "Ariana!" She shouts pulling me in for a hug,

"Hi Lisa!" I say awkwardly putting my arms around her.

One year ago back in Florida my uncle Paul had his friend from Cochrane and her son over at his place for a summer. When I visited and met them for the first time it was just Lisa and her son because they're daughter- who I had not known- was gone with her father on a trip to Paris for her birthday present. I had this HUGE crush on her son Christopher Antonio. During one month time Cristopher asked me out and we were dating for that whole summer but when he left we thought it would be best if we ended things as a couple but not as friends.

We are now best friends. We used to Skype every night- until I moved here because I have no internet at the time- and tell the other about our day even if we hooked up with someone or something like that, and the best part was we were comfortable with each other. And when we talked we could talk for hours and not get bored and Lisa had grown to like me and I even grew to like her. We would cook and shop together. She would tell me stories and she once even told me that me and her daughter would get a long quite well.... Boy was she wrong.
