Mabel was in her in her room listening to the radio in her room while brushing her hair. She watched herself in the mirror that stood up by itself when there was a knock on her door.

"Shooting Star? May I come in?" It was Bill.

"Yes, you may." Mabel responded.

Bill walked in the room.
"What do you want to do today?" He asked.

"How does-" She began but before she could finish her sentence, her favorite song came on the radio.

She gasped. Mabel ran over to the radio and cranked up the volume to 50.

"Bill, sing it with me." She said playfully.

"What?!" He exclaimed.

"Come on! I know you know the lyrics, I play it all the time." She begged.

"Fine, if it makes you happy." He gave in just as the song was beginning.

"This is the first day of my life. Swear I was born right in the doorway". Mabel started.

"I went out in the rain and suddenly everything changed, they're spreading blackest on the beach". Bill continued cautious that Mabel was going to make fun of him.

"You've got the hang of it!" Mabel cheered. She began dancing around as she sang along.
"Your's was the first face that I saw. Think I was blind before I met you." Mabel went on.

"Now I don't know where I am, don't know where I've been but I, know where I want to go! So I thought I'd let you know, that these things take forever. I especially am slow." Bill continued, now more confidently. He couldn't believe it. He, Bill Cipher. An all powerful dream demon with no weakness, was singing along to a love song with his girlfriend.

"But I realized that I need you, and I wondered if I could come home." Mabel sang. "Remember the time you drove all night," she pointed to Bill as she singing this part. "Just to meet me in the morning. And I thought it was strange, you said that everything changed. You felt as if you just woke up."

"And you said 'This is the first day of my life. I'm glad I didn't die before I met you. But now I don't care, I could go anywhere with you and I'd probably be happy." Bill sang.

"So if you want to be with me. With these things there's no telling, well just have to wait and see. And I'd rather be working for a paycheck, than waiting to win the lottery." Mabel sang.

Now that this was the last line, and Mabel's favorite line, they sang it together, "Besides, maybe this time it's different. I mean I really thing you like me,me ,me, me."

The song was now over and Mabel gave Bill a huge hug and a kiss.

"I knew you could sing! I knew it I knew it I knew it!" She cheered.

"You weren't so bad yourself." He complimented and smiled as he saw Mabel blush.

"Hey, i never said where I wanted to go today." Mabel recalled.

"Oh yeah, that's right. So, where do you want to go?" He asked.

"Let's stay here and watch my favorite movie!" Mabel exclaimed, already knowing that Bill was going to regret asking her what she wanted to do.

"Oh no, not Wolf Man Bare Chest!" Bill was going to run when Mabel caught him by the arm.

Before she could speak Bill interrupted and said, "Fine."

Mabel gave a squeal of excitement and pulled Bill my the arm to the couch while Mabel inserted the dvd into the player.

"Shall we begin from where we left off?" Mabel asked.

"Yes! Please do not restart all one hundred parts!" Bill begged.

"Fine." Mabel said and pressed play.

"This is going to be the worst three hours of my life" Bill thought to himself as the movie began from part one hundred one.
