I didn't know what the hell I was doing here.

As I stared at the expansive property, the immaculate lawns and marble doorway, I came to the conclusion that I must be insane.

Yes we were a couple.

Yes I wanted to see her.

And yes it kind of freaked me out.

But standing outside of her house like a stalker was definately not helping any of these things. I started to pace, looking at the door while trying to force myself to ring the bell. After some thought a plan formed in my head. I did not want to see her mother. She didn't seem to like me and she her voice was like nails on a chalkboard.

Ugh.

So instead of ringing the bell I started walking around the perimeter of the house, looking at second floor windows and balconies to find a room that looked like it could be Summers. I passed a few with bright yellow walls (immediately establishing them as not hers) before coming to one with blue walls and sports posters. I immediately picked up my pace, trying to pass the room as soon as possible when-

"Lianna?" The voice asked curiously, making me curse under my breath. I adopted a fake smile on my face and turned around, my posture stiff. He was standing on his balcony, the doors wide open and rock music blaring loudly. He was leaning over the rails, his elbows resting on the top of the railings. He was staring at me in confusion, his brows furrowed into a line.

"Hey Ronald," I said brightly, wincing at the fakeness resonating from my voice.

"Yeah... Lianna what are you doing walking along the side of my house?" I cringed when he asked. I was hoping he would be too oblivious to recognize this bizarre fact. Mentally I floundered, trying to think of a viable excuse. Wincing at my lame attempt.

"I heard a dog barking!" I said, fakely calm. He raised an eyebrow at me, amusement and confusion on his face.

"A dog?" He said it bemusedly, obviously not believing my story.

"Yes, a dog right over there." I pointed at Ronalds face, a smirk raising on my mouth at his irritated expression. "I thought I should let it out for air. Want some coffee, your treat?" Though he tried to hide it I could see a smile pulling at the edges of his mouth, his eyes rolling dramatically.

"Fine I'll meet you out front in a sec, hold on." He then walked back into his room, shutting the balcony doors and shutting off the loud bass of his music. I took a breath in both relief and annoyance before starting to make my way back to the front, the trekk taking me a good fifteen minutes. He stood on the front steps laughing as I arrived, seeing my annoyed expression.

He shrugged at my glare, amusement staying in his expression. "Don't glare at me, you should have taken the front door." I rolled my eyes and turned my back to him, refusing to respond to his jabs. I could hear him walk up behind me but still I didn't turn around. All of a sudden he jumped forward and dug his hands into my sides. I let out an embarassing squeal as he started to tickle me, giggles erupting from my throat.

"Stop it!" I said shrilly, talking between laughs. He simply picked me up and laid me on the ground, pinning me down with his hands before continuing to tickle me. I started to pant, at a loss of breath from all the laughter. With Ronalds torture, I hadn't noticed a third presence, one that had leaned itself against the front door, watching us. Only when it spoke did dread run through me, making me stop laughing immediately.

"What the fuck?" She asked (eloquently as ever) her arms crossed tightly against her chest. She looked angry, her mouth pressed into a pale line and her eyes narrowed into tiny slits. I tried to ignore how attractive she looked but it was difficult.

She looked so hot.

However I couldn't tell if her anger was directed more at her brother or me.

But I was scared to find out.
