" OMG!", my bestfriend Olivia screamed.

" Calm down Liv, people are staring.", I reaplied roling my eyes.

Olivia has been my bestfriend scince kindergarten. We know each others deepest secrets, and greatest fears. We take care of each other in times of need, and give each other advice when the other has problems. So just your typical bestfriend relationship, right? No. Liv is way more complex than anybody else I have ever meet. She has so many sides to her, so many that I haven't evern seen them all. She can bee a pian in the but sometimes, but I love her.

" I can't believe that YOU went on a DATE with HIM.", Liv said.

" He asked me and I couldn't say no I would feel bad."

" But you went on a date with Brandon Johnson.", said my wavy brown haired friend.

"Just because he is on the chess team doesn't mean that he is a bad guy. Plus it was just one date." I replied.

"But your social status just went down about 5 noches."

" Honestly Liv I don't care.", I said.

"But Lex," she said, " we just started our freshman year of highschool, and your social status is not that high to begin with."

" Exactly, so I have nothing to lose."

" Fine, be that way. Lets get going before we are late for school.", sh said.

Olivia and I got into my car and left her house. We drove to school in silence soaking in the conversation that just happened. Liv and I disagree on alot of thing, exspecially BOYS. Over the past couple of years we have gotten each other through break-ups, make-ups, and let downs. Now we are not the relationship experts, infact I have only had 2 boyfriends. Liv ofcourse being the lound and exciting person that she is has had way more than I had.

I mean I can't blame the boys that fell for Liv she is very pretty, alot more than I am.

As we arrived at school I could already see that the seniors got their spots up front so I had to drive around the back.

" For once in their lives can they let us park up front?", said Liv.

" Maybe once we are seniors.", I said.

" Lets get to class before the bell rings I can't handle another late."

"Ok", I said.

As Liv and I walked into class i noticed that the seat next to me which is useally empty was filled by a boy. He had striking fatures. Sparkling blue eyes, wavy brown hair, and he had that sun kissed look. I took my seat and looked over to find him staring at me.

"Hi", he said " my name is Cameron."

Holy crap he is talking to me!!!!! What do I say. " Lexi my name is." I said. What the heack is wrong with me he is looking at me like I am crazy. Juat as he was about to reply the teacher walked in. YES saved by the teacher, never thought I would say that.

" Today class we are going to be talking about crab zoea" my teacher droned on. That class I didn't do anything besides steal glances at Cameron. He must think I am some sort of stalker who can't talk but whatever, that is what most every boy thinks of me, well except for the chess club. Anyway I could already tell that he was going to be the talk of the day, maybe the week. Who knows he is probly a jerk who goes out with all of the girls in school for like one night. God I am such a stalker. I didn't even know that the bell rang until Liv came over and draged me out of the class room.

" Get it to gether Lex." she said.

" Im good, but did you see the new kid?"

" Yeah, and I heard you "introduce" your self."

" You know Im not that good around boys"

" Yeah, but anyway he is hot." Liv said.

" Yeah and his name is Cameron."

" The name Cameron is even hot. But you know that Jenifer is probly going to go after him." she said.

" Yeah you are right, we probly dont even have a chance." I said.
