Before you read, please don't kill me! lol You'll understand at the end. Also, last chapter I put the Ashton in the part about Snapchatting them and I honestly don't want to change it because well I mean he is THE ASHTON.

Michael didn't get to finish what he was saying before he was being dragged back down to the beach and into the house  they were staying in. In the haste out the door, Nicole explained to me that Ashton got a call and apparently just because they weren't in California that didn't mean that they weren't going to finalize their album song list and tweak some things. Even record new parts.

I hated that for him, knowing that they weren't getting a break that they really should have. In the mean time I made myself busy, playing with Jack for a while and sitting on the porch before deeming it late enough to get a shower and head to bed. or at least play on my phone until I was barely holding my eyes open.

Not long after falling asleep, I was woken up by a loud thud. Through my sleepy haze, I could sense that something wasn't right.

"Nicole? Michael?" I called, slipping out of my bed and heading out my door.

Quickly, I padded through the hallway toward the living room, flipping on several of the lights as I went. What I saw in front of me made my blood run cold and a shiver go down my spine.

"Mason." I choked out. My eyes were wide as I saw him standing by a broken window,

"Hi baby, did you miss me because I missed you." His eyes turned cold in an instant; his feet came closer to my frozen stiff ones. When I didn't so much as blink at him, he continued talking until her was right in front of me.

"I don't think you did sweetheart, running around with that asshole while I was gone, that doesn't look like missing me to me." His hand caressed my cheek, running his warm hand up and down

"My, my Savannah, what are you doing?" He fake sighed. Tears clouded my vision now. "Don't you remember what I have told you? I've beaten it into your head so many times before, you would think you would have remembered by now." His voice continued off soft and caring but just like his eyes, turned cold and fierce. In one quick breath he had me by the hair, pulling me closer to his face.

"You are mine." He spat at me before flinging my body to the floor; his body moving to hover over mine. I cried out, terror completely consuming me. I tried moving away from him but he only pulled me closer.

"I loved you!" He yelled sending a punch to my right cheek. "And you still sent me to jail!" Again another hit to the other side for my face. I spit out blood. Whether it came from my nose or mouth, I wasn't for sure.

Different things I had done or said wrong in the past were brought back up and for each thing I received a punishment; then and again now. I had tried to crawl my way back away from him again but I only hurt myself worse as the long shards of glass from the window sliced and gashed my arms and back. Mason gave a shrill laugh at my failed attempt to get away and how helpless I was.

The only thought I had was that this is the end, no matter what I was going to die tonight. Mason was furious and I was his target for this vicious attack. His blows were full force onto me, knowing that they were severely injuring me.
