Betrayal.

~~ Being betrayed sucks. Bleh. But this story is wat i feel about it ~~

"Uchiha Itachi... And Hoshigaki Kisame." Pein called into his office.

It was a rainy night, and Itachi and Kisame were out on missions all day. The chakra-less partner's walked into the office to see Pein and the rest of the Akatsuki. Konan who was standing behind Pein looked sad for some reason.

"Itachi... Kisame..." Pein introduces them. Itachi and Kisame just look at Pein, tired just waiting to hear what was needed so they could rest. "You two have been very useful but you are to powerful to work here and live anymore." Pein says as Kakazu and Hidan grab Kisame and Deidara and Sasori grab Itachi.

"What is this?!" Itachi exclames as he struggles from the two mens grasp. "Pein?!" Kisame shouts as he tries to rally his strength, sadly he is to weak to pull through the to others. Itachi activates his Mangekyou sharingan but his Chakra's to weak to do anything. "Damn you.." He says quietly.

"Expose of these, 'unworthy' animals." Pein gestures.

"Pleasure." They all say in a smirk. Itachi and Kisame were always number two after Pein, all of the Akatsuki always wanted to fight and kill them.

Itachi and Kisame were both shocked. After all they've done for them, after all they been through for them, after all the have sacrificed for them, this is how the repay them?

The other member's took Itachi and Kisame outside to extinguish them.

Itachi knew he couldnt die yet. He still needed to have his final.moments with Sasuke. He closed his eyes and rallied up the little amount of chakra he had left. "T-tsukuyomi..." Itachi says faintly as then everyone else falls to the ground. Even him from using up his last ounces of Chakra.

Kisame was the only one left standing, cause itachi hadnt cast the genjutsu on him.

Kisame, berely able to walk picked up Itachi and dragged him away into the forest.

"Damn it..." He said as his eyes started to shut. He fell to the ground and saw a faint dark figure before his eyes completly closed. He knew it wasnt itachi. He was still knocked out and the other members were probably still out for afew hours. He thought it could've been Pein who didnt go with the other member but he was to tired to think anymore. He closed his eyes and fell asleep.

[~~ CHAPTER 2 ~~]

Itachi slowly opened his eyes. "Agh... W-were am I?" He thinks to himself as he see's a bright light. "Ugh." He see's a faint shadowy person infront of him.

It was the blue haird woman.

She smiled as her worried face let out tears of joy. "Your alive!" She screamed cheerfully and hugged Itachi tight.

Itachi was shocked by this sudden action. He stared at the blue haired woman, 'Konan' as his eyes adjusted. He looked around and saw Kisame on the other side of the room in another bed knocked out. He then looked at the small hide out. It had a kitchen in a corner, three beds in another corner and a small TV in the final corner.

"Konan-sama?" I said in a tired voice.

"Yes Itachi-kun?" She asked smiling sweatly.

"Where are we?" "What happened?"

"We are at my small little hide out. And what happened was that... Pein considerded you a threat and uh... Wanted to have you executed at once. You and Kisame."

Kisame who had just woken up had heard all of this. He looked at me in shock. "I cant believe them." He said forming his hand into a fist. He slammed it on the small table between the tv and kitchen. "After all we did... They just throw us away like that?!" He yells in anger.
