ARIA POV~
I woke up this morning more excited than ever. Why? Well because Trey Songz has a concert. It starts at 7. The only bad thing about it is that my mom will be coming. I don't think its fair. She claims that this is not appropriate for my age. But I cant even get mad she even got me back stage passes. I went into the restroom to do my daily routine to get ready for school. I put on some high-wasted shorts with a sleeveless MSFT T. I put on my black accessories, my shades, and my black and white vans. I put my hair in a bun and I grabbed my black backpack purse and ran down stairs. Once I went down stairs I went in the kitchen and I see my mom drinking coffee.
"Morning mom," I said like I was 6 years old and gave her a hug.
"Morning honey," she said in a dry tone.
"Mom what's wrong?" Asking her trying to make sure whatever it is has nothing to do with the concert tonight.
"Nothing honey. I don't have to work today so I'll go to the store and pick up some groceries and I'll go pick out an outfit for tonight. "
"OK mom,No need to get to pretty it is unnecessary. I mean you deserve to be happy but just not with him." I said with a smirk on my face.
"Yea, yea, yea, OK just make sure your home by four today understand? And please grab an apple or something. It bothers me that you don't eat breakfast. Ohh, please make sure you call your farther today. And this weekend maybe Saturday morning, we're going to go shopping. Your 17 not 25. have a great day honey" She said as she threw me an apple.
"OK mom love you! I'll call dad during study hall and I'll text you when I get home!"
"OK sounds good love you too."
I walked out the door and locked it behind me. I started to walk towards the bus stop but I ran back upstairs to grab my skateboard. I mean walking for me Isn't very easy. First my mom is Gabrielle Union. Which don't makes it easy but its fun. My dad is Dwayne Wade. They got a divorce back in 09. They still maintain a healthy relationship. My mom is still single unlike my dad. My dad can screw whoever he wants and nothing will be said only because he is a boy. My mom always told me that women have higher standards than men. I'm 5'5 and I attend Hollywood High. My best friends are Jaden and Zendaya. And I occasionally chill with MB from time to time. I enjoy skate boarding, shopping, eating, and sleeping. Ohh, and listening to my future husband Trey Songz. He honestly holds my heart. Him or either Ray Ray from MB. They go to my school to. I might be 17 and im in the 12th grade. Since I was so intelligent I was able to skip a grade. I make 18 on July6. when my mom and dad got a divorce I was only 9. I knew exactly what was going on. Even though they never fussed in front of me, I still knew. I finally made it to the bus stop. When I got there I saw Jaden and MB standing there. I looked around for Zendaya to show up but she never did.
