this is when we start getting somewhere.....

I was hanging out with Hermione, Ginny, Ron, and Harry, but mostly Hermione. They were telling me of their school adventures at hogwarts, "preparing" me as Ron put it. I just gave Harry an "Are- you- serious?" look. He smiled and helped Ron correct the wild tellings. Hermione told me the proper sequence of events of course.

In a break in the conversation I finally got to ask what I'd been wanting to ask since I met her, "You told me your third year you'd read about my mother being an animagi?" I cocked an eyebrow at them all.

"Yes."

"Why were you looking up animagi?"

"Oh yes!" Ron said, swiftly going into the story as Harry watched me closely. He knew I was fishing for information. I kept my face in a curious intrest. I listened as they told me of the infamous Sirius Black as he looked for a person everyone thought was Harry Potter after he broke out of Azkaban.

"Of course, it was all over the news so you know that part already." Harry added, giving me a look. I nodded as they all looked at me.

"O-of course I did. But, go on." I looked at them all, waiting for more of the story to unfold. I couldn't believe my Sirius had been put in Azkaban... and escaped.

Ron went on to tell me about how Sirius searched for Harry so that he could kill him and finish the Dark Lord's work. But in reality, Sirius was looking for ....Peter Pettigrew. Because Peter had betrayed Lily and James to save his own hide and pinned it all on Sirius. They almost caught him, but when Remus started changing - because it just HAD to be a FULL MOON- Peter flew the coop and Sirius was caught by the ministy as he tryed to save them all from Remus. However, Sirius was saved by Hermione's brilliant thinking and the Time- Turner she had the whole year. And they told me how, without Peter, Sirius was still a wanted man because they couldn't prove his innocence.

"What.... What an amazing story...." I gulped, trying to fight the tears of betrayal and sadness, "for you all to have gone through that." Someone knocked on the door, startling us all, coincidentaly it was Sirius. I fought a scowl.

"Lunch is ready." Everyone headed to the kitchen, but I headed the opposit direction. "Lynn?"

"I'm not hungry." I mumbled, pushing past him, willing my stomach not to contradict me.

"Lynn, aren't you going to-" Hermione started but saw the haunted look on my face.

"I'm not feeling well at the moment." I interrupted her, "I'll eat in a bit ok? You go ahead."

"What happened?" Sirius asked.

"We were talking-" Hermione was once again cut off as I shut the door and locked it. I shuffled over to my bed and fell on it, not looking where I was landing.... which was a mistake on my part.

"Owch!" I lifted myself off of the offendingly sharp object, moved the covers, and found a small box. I sighed, in no mood to deal with surprise presents right then. I set it on the nightstand next to my glass of water.

I sat up fully and picked up the glass, I was a little thirsty. As soon as I tipped the glass I knew I was in trouble. "SIRI-" I was cut off as the glass spilled from my fingertips and onto the floor. The waterfall cascaded as the glass tipped through the air.

In seconds I was in a bubble and the room was turned into an aquarium. In the bubble the was water up to my knees, around it.... well, my bed was now on the ceiling, along with a few other things. "Really?!" I yelled, kicking the water, just causeing the bubble to rock and me to fall. "This had to happen NOW!? REALLY?!"

I don't know how long I was in that stupid bubble, but I know I was furious the whole time. Every time I tried to end the spell it just made the bubble bigger or smaller, apperantly someone else was going to get me out.

I contemplated on Sirius and Remus. They lied to me. They lied about Peter- well, I guess they didn't- but they certainly didn't tell me the whole story. I felt something wet on my cheek, causing my eyes to burn. I didn't bother to wipe it away, I just allowed myself to cry. For everything I'd lost. For the first time, I felt overwhelmed. I had to go back home. I had to, if only to stop this from happening.

I looked around my room, the fish were gone along with something I didn't notice 'til it was missing... the soft music you hear that reminds you of calmness. I thought, "If the fish are missing doesn't that mean....."SHARKS!!!!!" I jumped up quicker than a mousetrap and frantically tried to get away from them. "GET ME OUTTA HERE!!!!!" I was Fuh-reeking out. "SIRIUS!!"

I watched as they swam under my bed, around my bubble, and through the vast amount of water. When they found one of the poor fishies it turned into a frenzy as the blood spilled out. "AH! I'll never look at sushi the same way again!!" I felt the bubble vibrate and looked behind me to see- " JAWS!!!!" I moved back to the middle of the bubble. "I-I-I I sure we can come to an understanding?! LOOK A FISHY!!!- No!! Stop hitting my bubble!!"

I heard the door rattle, "Help!!! He's gonna EAT ME!!!!" The door was blasted open and the bubble burst, soaking me with water as it rained down. My furniture landed safely back in their original positions and I spit out the water that had entered my mouth when I'd screamed. All aquatic creatures were gone with the splash.

Sirius looked at me cautiously as I picked myself up and straightened my clothes. "Thank you." I said coldly and went to the door, only slipping a few times.

Remus was behind Sirius, along with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and those evil, conniving, ginger haired devil twins. I stared at them blankly and then turned to the end of  the hall after yelling- "That wasn't funny!!!!" I left them as all of the portraits started yelling and carrying on. It was so their problem.
