Vikki's POV :

Chapter 71:

Melissa was been sleeping throughout the day, she hasn't woken up so the put something in her so she could eat .
The baby is fine for now.. Are main worry is if Melissa doesn't wake up there will be trouble .

This baby is human and cannot survive on its own.

Plus my daughter did this to everyone , how this is possible? You tell me.
Now she is missing, loads injured and still unconscious . But thankfully no one is dead .
The enemy are asleep in cells.

Lana is worse aswell, she hasn't woken up.

Whatever my daughter is.. Scares me and make me wonder what else she can do?

"Vincent has waken up" Violet said.

I walked over to him blinking, I sighed and hugged him. He returned it .
He tried sitting up and winced.

"Relax, it's to early to move ."

"What happen?" He asked.

I shook my head .

"All I heard was Vanessa screaming.. Than.. Than it went blank" he said looking around .
"Where is she?!" He said .

"I don't know." I said honestly .

He said nothing as he saw her. He sat up looking at Melissa's sleeping form.
"What-

"Whatever Vanessa did almost killed her , and Lana." I added even if he didn't care .

"What is she ? Where is she?" He asked not taking his eyes off his mother .

"I wish you could tell me that, the only person who can contact her is Lana.. And she is out cold." I said looking at her sleeping form.

He sighed rubbing his head . The door opened as Kat came
In giving me paper work. I thanked her as she nodded and walked off.
Only a few of us were awake. Lark is still out , being my second hand it's hard so Kat being young and smart is helping me until he wakes .

Jason came in with Melissa's brother and step father or father..
They walked over to her and sighed . Her brother stood there.

"Vanessa did this?" He asked .

"Indeed." I said .

Her father moved her head from side to side and sighed .
"Bleeding of the ears. Still asleep. Loads of people. I know what is happening to your daughter ." He said .

Everyone looked at him. Violet came over wanting to know .

"Your daughter is a Banshee." He said .

"A what?" We all said .

"A banshee. " Violet said as she walked off looking through cabinets.

"A banshee, is very rare especially when she was born a wolf. But a banshee can tell who is going to die and when.. Death happens around her and she will know and feel the pain of every death ." He said looking at me .

My poor daughter has to go through this alone.. Or if she is alone .

"Is there anyway-

"To take it from her ?" He said .
"No." He continued .

"It's something she will live with until she dies." He said rubbing his daughters cheek.

I sighed rubbing my head, so much is happening I can't even deal with everything .

I looked at sleeping Melissa, Jason walked in as I looked at him .

"Three more woke up." He said .

I nodded .

"Sara and Amy okay?" I asked .

"They are okay, sleeping but fine." He said .

I sighed as I got up and walked over to him.
"Let's go find Vanessa." I said .

He nodded I turned and looked at Melissa.
I smiled and ran off .

We walked through the woods as her scent lingered in the woods what was weird was there was another scent that I had no idea whose .

"We must be getting close." Jason said looking at me.

I nodded as we kept walking. We stopped dead in our tracks.
"Vikki.." He said as I walked forward looking around .

Around me sleeping wolves laid , another pack.. Maybe even rouge's..
Did Vanessa's scream out everyone to sleep..

"Let's go check on Alvin."

"You think they were caught up in it." He asked as we ran.

"I think Vanessa triggered her scream everywhere.. Every pack around was effected ."

He looked at me shocked as I kept running to our destination .

As we arrived after a long run I wasn't shocked. The guards were out cold. Kids and people around us out cold.

"Holy crap."

"Look for people awake." I said running inside .

I looked around for Alvin or his mate, I found them passed out in the office room. His mate shielded him with his body. But it didn't work. I moved him off Alvin just in case he was to heavy, checked there breathing .
They were fine just asleep.

I sighed as the door opened , my eyes shot over to a small boy looking at me .

"You okay?" I said .

He stared at me and his Alpha.
"Don't worry, they will be fine . I'm here to help."

He nodded and walked over hugging me. I sighed and picked him up.

"Where is your mommy?" I asked .

"Asleep." He sweetly spoke .

I nodded, Jason walked over and looked at me.
"This is Jason, go with him while I figure things out ."

He nodded as Jason took him. I looked back at Alvin as I reached my phone out and dialed the house .

"Hello." Violet spoke.

"It's happening all over , her scream made everyone fall asleep.. I'm at Alvin's. There out cold" I said .

She muttered curse words as she sighed .
My ears perked up hearing Melissa.

"Put her on!" I kind of yelled .

The phone was quiet as I waited .

"V-Vikki?" She spoke .

"Thank god, I'm alright how do you-

"Vanessa.. Where is she."

I bit my lip.

"I'm looking." I said .

"She did this.. " she cried to me.

"I know she didn't mean it , she is what is called a Banshee, apparently they can sense when one is gonna die or be killed.. She can feel it all when they pass"

"So that's why she said that.."

"Said what?" I said confused .

She was quiet as I held the phone closer to me ear. She was scaring me .

She cleared her throat .
"She said Vincent was gonna die"
