~~ Carl's POV ~~
Me, My dad, and Daryl walk down a highway on a supply run, looking for food and maybe someone new. I hear the sound of walkers and sigh, looking around.
" See anything, Dad?" I ask a little tired.
" Not yet Son.. not yet..." he replies and keeps walking as sweat practically pours down his face like a waterfall. I walk behind them, as usual and hold my pistol in hand in case something bad happens.
" Carl?" Daryl says.
" Yes, Daryl?" I sigh before I speak.
" Are ya lookin' for a dame??" I tilt my head a little in confusing and raise my eyebrows.
" What......?" I ask.
" Nothin' boy... nothin" he replies and we keep walking. Later on, I move to the right side of the highway, near the edge of the woods as I see a flash of white moving quickly, weaving through the trees.
" Dad!!! I-I... I saw something.. in the woods!!" I point toward the woods, hoping it's someone good.
" What?" He turns towards the woods and starts running.
" C'mon watcha waitin' for!?" Daryl says, running with Rick. I immediately start running after them and I finally catch a glimpse of a girl. I see her ( h/c ), silky hair that flows perfectly behind her. Her cheeks flushed red from running.
" Hey!" I stop in front of her and she bumps into me and I see her beautiful ( e/c ) eyes that seem to glisten with passion. My jaw practically drops because I've never seen someone more beautiful in my life.
" What do you want from me!? Don't hurt me.. please!!" She exclaims, shivering and scared.
" We're not gonna hurt you!!! Calm down.. " I say, trying to soothe her as my father and Daryl run up. My dad clears his throat.
" Carl.. who's this?" I sigh and shrug my shoulders.
" Haven't asked her yet dad.. can't you take it slow for once??" I let out a slight chuckle.
" My name's (y/n)..." I hear her mumble slightly.
" Hhmmm?" I say, looking up at her as my hat forms a slight shadow over my eyes.
" The names (y/n)!" She says sternly, standing up a little straighter and I notice a pistol in her holster.
" You got ammo?? In your gun..." I ask, pointing toward her holster.
" N-no... ran out t-trying to shoot... no.. I just don't have ammo." She replies sadly and I have an idea of what she's trying to say.
" Don't worry... I lost my mom..." I sigh and look up at my dad.
" Hey.. (y/n)" my dad says.
" Yeah?"
" How many people have you killed?"
" Alot.. if you count walkers as people.. they're just.. dead.. people."
" Your a smart girl.... do you have any parents?" He asks and I mentally facepalm in my mind and give my dad a ' Really!?' Look.
" Used to.. I had to shoot them.. then I ran out of ammo so I kill walkers with a kitchen knife I found." She replies.
" Alrighty then.. why don't you come with us?" My dad says.
" Ok.. that'll be great.." she says and we start heading back to Alexandria.
