New life, new love

Two weeks after my fight with Skyler and I still get glares from Skyler and her back up bitches not to mention pretty much all the girls. One good thing has come out of that fight though. since that day about 30 guys have asked me out and I have become closer with Lisa again which is amazing and fun to do because every time I go over and Skyler is there she is forced to hang out with us and she hates it.

The last time I was over Me and Lisa were making cookies and while they were in the oven I sat at a barstool and we talked and I caught Skyler glaring at me from the couch. Skyler has not been back at school for two weeks and has been doing her work after school.

Today is Friday and apparently Skyler will be coming back today and I feel like my Friday is about to become hell.

Wallking to school was boring and when I got there everyone was crowded around someone. I couldn't tell who it was so I walked to my locker. Joe is on a trip to Timmins for a few days with the Cochrane crunch- Cochranes JHL team- for a few days. I'm pretty sure that he's mad at me, I could be wrong but since Robert freeman- a hot guy in my chem class- asked me out he's been sort of distant.

"Ariana!" I hear Alexa shout while walking down the hallway on the opposite side of the crowd.

"Hey." I greet her turning around,

"Cute outfit." She jokes "faded out superman t-shirts with blue jeans never go out of style!" She laughs

"It's not my fault! I couldn't get any sleep! My mom babysat my baby cousins Leila and Cain. Leila is one and Cain is not even five months yet." I groan

"Whatever." She laughs

"Well at least I'm not wearing a a black leather jacket pink tank top and jeans!" I say friendly attacking her,

She shrugs "we both may not have tried but at least we still look hot."

I laugh at this because I am nowhere near hot. I have pimples and blackheads everywhere and I do not have even the slightest bit of natural beauty. I do have to agree with her though because she is super hot. 

She has beautiful auburn hair with colourful streaks  and clear peach skin. She is a bit of a daredevil and she catches quite a few guys attention.

"Look who it is." She says making me look back from my locker. My mouth drops open a bit and I close it before anyone can notice,

"Christopher." I mumble,

What the hell. He wasn't supposed to be back for another few weeks. Why is he here?!!

I stare at him hoping he won't notice and try to walk away before he can see me. I slam my locker shut and walk away shoving my math and science books into my bag.

Confused, Alexa follows behind me and right before I can turn the corner and be in the clear from Christopher and his crowd I hear him yell my name.

"Ariana!"

My eyes grow bigger and I turn around, faking a smile and acting like I wasn't just trying to avoid him I walk towards him and he embraces me in hug. I hug him back and see that the people around us are staring, some of the girls are even glaring at us.

"Hey. My mom told me that you had moved up here."

"Yeah I did. My mom wanted to be closer to her sister." I smile pulling slightly away from him,

"Well that's great! Do you wanna hang out after school?" He asks

"Sure, but where?" I ask,

"my place?" he asks,

"Sure. Now I really have got to go because I'm pretty sure if I stand here with you any longer those girls are gonna kill me." I laugh,

"Ok." he laughs and I feel someone's arm slip around my shoulder. I turn to see who it is and am relieved to see that it is Jake and not just some random person.

"Hey Christopher!" Jake says,

"Hey man! Are you to.... um.... together?" he asks,

"No." he says "Just friends."

"Ok." Christopher smiles biting his bottom lip,

"Well we have to go to class but will I see you at lunch?" I ask Christopher curiously,

"Oh definitely." he smiles

"Good." I say and we walk off to the math class which is across the school courtyard.
