Society.
Whew.
What a great job society has done.
Once upon a time, Marilyn Monroe was considered the sexiest woman alive.
Her thighs didn't touch.

Magazines nowadays:
"Just get rid of that completely normal mark."

"Mmm! No! Thighs must never ever touch!"

"Yeah, edit her waist down a few inches."

"A mother with stretch marks?! HOW?! DELETE THEM AT ONCE!"

-.-

Mate, mate, don't you understand what you're doing?

Girls are gonna read those articles and see those pictures.

I'm not saying that being skinny is a horrible thing. You can if you choose to.

But when society seems to shove it down your throat, it really buzzes me off.

There are so many girls out there that starve themselves just to look like edited, fake humans.

No.

Since when was that okay?

Guys are gonna read those articles and see those pictures.

When they finally get laid, they'll be expecting smooth, tan and flawless skin.
No stretch marks.
No scars.
Perfect not-lopsided breasts.

Fucking what?

How do you expect us to continue revolutionising, when the media is promoting unhealthy and degrading looks?!

The fact is: You will NEVER look better than an edited model on a billboard who is definitely lathered in make up and has had her hair done professionally for 8 hours straight.
