I first met Beca when we we're in kindergarten. It was recess time and I had a chocolate ice cream.  I went onto the playground to eat it in peace when a gigantic 1st grader came up to me and stole it from me. Then out of the blue this tiny little girl with bright orange pigtails came over, pushed him over into the sand pit and helped me up to run back inside. I knew then that we would be best friends from then on.

"So, what movie do you want to watch? I have pitch perfect or insurgent or, Oh yes, let's have a two broke girls Marathon, I have the whole 4th season on DVD" Beca said, I swear without even taking a breath. "Yeah let's do that!" Kellin said sarcasticly. The only reason he watches two broke girls is to remember the one-liners for his improv group at school.
"Do what you want, I'm going home"
"What, why? We haven't even started yet" Beca whined.
"Are you OK?" Kellin asked, putting his hand on my shoulder, a flicker of worry crossed his eyes.
"Yes, I'm fine" I gasped, suffocated for a second.
"Andi, your not fine. Your panicking."
"I said, I'm fine!" I snapped pushing Kellin away.
My friends looked up at me, tears welling up in their eyes.
What am I doing?
They are my friends.
Whats wrong with me?
"I'm sorry guys, I - I gotta go.  I'll see you at school tomorrow" I cryed. I turned around, and ran away. I heard quiet sobs coming from Beca and reassuring words from Kellin "it's OK. Your gonna be OK. SHES gonna be OK."

I dodged the animals in Beca's house and raced out of their front yard and down the road.
I didn't stop running untill I got home. In my room I was knocking everything off my desk looking for a small box.
I couldn't find it. I was rushing through everything. Not thinking. I couldn't see in the dark. Yes. Thats it. I've found it. I ran over to the door and locked it. I turned on the light, and put my phone on silent. This is it. One month clean. Over.
