The Phantom Circus: The Backstory of the Characters

Introduction to the Phantom Circus

"Good Evening, Ladies And Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Children of all ages, Welcome to the Circus where the fun NEVER ends. See the unbelievable shows, the Terrifying Rides, and Rows of Endless fun. You're Welcome to stay as LONG as you like in the Phantom Circus because we promise you... once you start having fun in our circus, you'll lose all track of time"

"Now for those you, who don't know our circus, let me clarify things for you. The oath of our circus is to cease destiny, our aim is to stop the flow of progress, and our goal is to give you the time of your lives so if you wish to leave, now is the time do it because we promise you our fun has just begun"

"Now before we start the show are there any questions? Huh, Who am i? I am just humble servant of our great Benefactor; All I do is make sure the wishes of our benefactor which is to oversee the show and to make sure our goals, aims, and oath are accomplished. I promise you, all we want is to give you a show you'll never forget. "

 

There was once a Circus in a land where destiny was prevalent, young one showed great promise and they ruled the land and it prospered greatly but this circus was shrouded with darkness and covered in shadows, this circus performed non-stop for the entire week that they stayed in the village, displaying their Impossible acts, Incredible Attractions and Joyous Booths. And just as they are packing to leave, the Mysterious Disappearances throughout the week that has, until now, gone unnoticed by the villagers had finally caught some attention. The Victims had nothing physically in common with each other nor did they have the same skill set, the only thing they had in common were that they were prodigies of their craft and they had a lot ahead of them and so the people started whispering and then rumors started spreading from person to person and from village to village and with this the popularity of the Circus increased and their fame Rose high above the sky. The rumors were incredibly ridiculous to the law enforcers refusing to believe in such drabble as howling in the middle of the night, the faint sounds of reed pipes flowing through the air, or even that a mysterious dancer that tumbles from roof to roof and there seemed to be lot more after that. The Guardians of the Law seemed to have categorized these signs that appear when children of all ages go missing as drabble.

Yet, the Villagers did not waver nor did they listen to the police. knowing that it was the circus that took their children they came weapons that could only be used for one thing: Death. And so the Villagers came to the front of the circus with weapons in hand demanding the release of their children and even with that being done all that the Ringmaster of the Circus said.

"It is certainly horrible that your children are missing and you are even welcome to search the entire circus grounds for your children but i promise you,  you will not find them here for we are but a simple circus that promotes the fun of everyone here"

And so the villagers and eventually the police searched the circus from top to bottom and not even a single sign showed that kidnapped children were even there and not a single child was found...
