Kearin Green was born in 2001 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She began seeing an interest in storytelling when she six when she drew a picture and decided to tell a story from it. She began writing for Wattpad in April 2015 and has been writing ever since. She completed her very first novel , The Mental Moores in December 2015. Dancing on Eggshells is inspired by Kearin's nerve wracking feelings about starting high school , thinking about boys and friendships and the 21st century teenage society group . The setting of Boston was inspired by her trip to Boston in August 2015. The name 'Keoria' was the name that Kearin was accidentally given whilst she was at Starbucks in New York City. Now fifteen years old (as of October 2016) , Kearin lives in Northern Johannesburg where she attends high school. She lives with her step-mom, father and two dogs: Bailey and Harry. She enjoys reading, listening to music, watching Skins and Homeland marathons and art house films and keeps healthy and fit by running. She plans to become a professional author , journalist, photographer and has a dream to make a film through directing and screenplay writing one day. She also really likes eating eggs and thinks chickens have been planted on Earth by Al-Quadea to kill the whole human population or humans until they bleed and cry. 'Dancing On Eggshells' is her second completed book published on Wattpad. Here is where it all began:
